This is Harbour Beach Resort, an eight story resort in the best location on the the strip, not too close to the crowds, but close enough to the pier and Ocean Walk to walk. Harbour Beach is a beautiful facility and lacks the noise and rowdiness of other 'resorts'. The resort just completed a million dollar renovation.
This studio is on the first floor, allowing you to access it from the main entrance or from your patio. The patio has chairs and a patio set with umbrella available. The room has a resort kitchen complete with full size refrigerator (not a mini-fridge) , two burner stove and a microwave. For your comfort are two full size beds, and a pull out sofa. The room can sleep four adults and two children. Your private patio is adjacent to the largest pool in Daytona.
The studio is beautifully decorated in a tropical theme. The room is newly renovated with beautiful furnishings, brand new windows, sliding glass door, plantation shutters, carpet and bedding. All linens, utensils and entertainment are provided, all you need to bring is some food, toiletries and anticipation of a great, relaxing stay. You will love this room, I guarantee it.
The view is spectacular. Wake up, walk out to the pool and watch the sun come up over the ocean, or just let the sunrise wake you up as you watch it from bed.
Take the kids next door to a fun city playground complete with rides, climbing bars, water games, picnic tables, and swings
You are minutes from Daytona International Speedway, Shopping Malls and a short 70 miles from Orlando. Oh and by the way, you can even watch NASA launches right from the beach.

We had another great stay at this excellent condo in a super location. The condo was very clean and as described. Being on the first floor, the large pool, hot tub, and beach are only steps away. The resort is clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The owner is a pleasure to deal with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the second time.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

As a couple, we rented this unit for Daytona Bike Week 2013. It is a very nice, first floor unit with easy access to the pool and beach. We saw several beautiful sunrises without getting out of bed except to open the shutters. The unit was clean and comfortable. It was very nice to have the full size refrigerator and freezer with ice cube trays. There were plenty of paper products for the week. Plenty of good quality linens/towels to last the week. We have rented the one of the owner's other properties in Gatlinburg, TN and he is a pleasure to work with. The Harbour Beach Resort is a nice place and a very good location; onsite staff i.e. security and management are very nice also. I'm sure it is quiet when the spring breakers leave! Recommended restaurants: Mike's Galley (best breakfast), Ker's Winghouse (Sportsbar, good wings), Bubba Gumps, Joes Crab Shack.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Excellent condo and great location. Plenty of things to do for everyone. We found the condo clean, comfortable and exactly as described. All the condo staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The owner was very accommodating and helpful and overall a pleasure to deal with. Excellent location, pool, beach and accommodations. Dealing with Steve (& his Dad) was a wonderful experience. The Race got rained out so we called Steve and he arranged another night stay, free of charge. He also waived the check-in time so we were settled in by 10am, almost felt like we got an extra day out of the deal. The listing description and pictures are very accurate. I would recommend this rental and plan on being a regular customer.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed at this unit last summer and enjoyed it immensely! The location is perfect (right on the pool deck) and so much to do. Parasailing, Planetarium, Lighthouse, Deep Sea fishing and the beach! Owner was a pleasure to deal with. Blinds are great for those of us who like to sleep in! Great "stay-cation" while gas prices are so high!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Wow, we found this great place called Harbour Beach Resort. It is just down the street from Ocean Walk. It is a completely renovated 8 story resort. Our room was on the first floor and we could walk directly out to the pool. The pool area is huge and we could walk right down to the beach. It is also walking distance to the pier and the bandshell. The room was very clean and had a great tropical theme complete wit plantation shutters. The room was very accurately described by the owner. The owner was a pleasure to work with. We'll be back !!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This property was everything advertised and then some. Exactly as the description and photos depicted. The room was very clean, linens and towels were all clean and looked new. The room had a great Florida feel and the way it opened up to a patio and the pool area made it very easy for us to relax and get down to the beach. The owner was very professional and courteous. The pool area was huge and there were plenty of tables and chairs. We loved it here !Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

A week in Daytona Beach. Wonderful! Our accomodations were very, very clean, decorated with tropical decor and attractive plantation shutters. Linens looked new as well as the sturdy dining set. Bedspreads were warm and comfy. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom supplied with plenty of thick good quality towels. The unit was on the ground floor, step out on to a small patio, walk ten feet and jump into a large, gorgeous pool. Dealing with the coureous and helpful owner was a pleasure. The room was exactly as described on the website. We will definitely be back.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: Hello, my name is Steve Baker, owner of this Harbour Beach studio condo. I was born in New Jersey, but have discovered there's no place like Harbour Beach Resort. I work outside the US, but can always count on great R&R every time I can visit this studio in Daytona
Why the Owner Chose Harbour Beach Resort:
This studio provides an indoor/outdoor feel. Being on the first floor, the cabana layout allows guests to move from the room to the patio to the huge pool deck as if they were extensions of the room. The resort is so well maintained. It has recently completed a multi million dollar renovation.
