  Very clean, comfortable and functional unit. We enjoyed the additional space and full kitchen that we would not have had if we stayed in a hotel. WiFi was a plus and very much appreciated. Brooke was easy to work with and flexible with our check-in time.

  This HomeAway from home will always be at the top of my list for a place to stay in Austin, Texas. The house was immaculate, private and quiet. The location was surprisingly inviting with a meadow landscaped yard in a tranquil neighborhood. The kitchen allowed us down time and a chance to save money by preparing our own meals while running errands for my daughter's wedding. The pictures online depict exactly what you will be walking into for the first time. No surprises. The list of supplies and amenities was accurate. The owner was available and very helpful. At the same time we felt like we had the property to ourselves. I would recommend visiting Lady Bird Johnson's Wildflower Center.

  Great experience overall!! Brooke was great with commutation and recommendations for things around the city. The apartment was huge, clean and very comfortable! Totally recommend this suite!!!

  Description of the listing was accurate, the owner was friendly and helpful but made you feel like they really were not on site - great customer service. This is a great location for seeing Austin as it is close to downtown and all the interesting sites on Congress Street. Since I was in town for work, the proximity to the office was perfect and the desk and wi-fi in the cottage was very handy. Kitchen had everything you needed. There was ample space in the closet and hangers were provided for clothing. The bed was comfy too. Owner provided plenty of little extras that made it very convenient! Truly a great find!!

  I stayed in the cottage for 3 months with a business partner and overall it was a great experience. Everything worked well and our host, Brooke, was very attentive and helpful when we needed anything.

  My 3 month stay at Brooke's Kenwood home was perfect! The home was spotless and just as described and pictured on-line. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and safe. My neighbor (Brooke herself) was the best! She was very helpful with all the questions I had about Austin and helped me find the best places to eat and the best places for me to take my toddler. I'm very grateful for Brooke's hospitality and for making my stay in Austin comfortable and fun.

  We had a great two day stay at the very private two bedroom attached home. Brooke was available and made a quick delivery when we needed a wine opener (our biggest crisis of the stay). Very friendly cat looking for pats or just someone to sit with. The home is about a 15 min walk to the middle of south congress and less than 10 min from HEB grocery and CVS pharmacy. Everything was clean and I would return again. Thanks Lisa

  This was a great residence, the pictures do not do the place justice. Communication with Brooke was timely and appropriate. The neighborhood is quite and nice, a short drive to S.Congress, or a slightly vigorous bike ride(a few hills). The place was well stocked, clean linens, towels, etc. I cooked a few meals and for the most part there was everything I needed to make it happen, less the grocery store items. There is a decent HEB just a couple miles away. I will definitely be back on my next trip to ATX.

  The place is great. The location is awesome -- 1 block from 35, 1 exit from 71, and just down the street from S. Congress and a lot of great restaurants. House is clean and has plenty of room. Brooke was really accommodating. We will be back.

  So glad we chose to stay here instead of going the hotel route. I looked into a lot of rental properties similar to this one, and she definitely gave us the best deal right from the beginning. The "house" was clean, stocked, and very cute! The neighborhood will make you envious as well. haha And don't be afraid to ask questions or make special requests. Owner was very accomodating! Thanks again!
