Owner info
Year Purchased: 2006
About the owner: Dave and Rebecca Stanke have 4 kids, ages range from 26 to 4 years old. We love to go offroading in the forest for which Munds Park offers lots of paths. Our toddler has been riding with us since he was just a few months old and loves the Rhinos.
Why the Owner Chose Flagstaff:
We purchased This property because of the outdoor living on the huge deck and how close we are to the trails.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
You can rent the quads from us. The trails are just a few minutes away. There is a very nice community park and family church just a few minutes away. Quadmanor is 20 minutes away from Sedona or Flagstaff.
