My daughter and I enjoyed a girls week at the Dancing Dolphin. We had a wonderful time. The condo was great and very comfortable. As stated, we were steps from the water. The pool area was super, also as we were there during the 100 degrees plus weather. It was so close and so easy to get to Savannah and any shopping. I would certainly recommend the condo for 2 people. It was a great plus to have the washer and dryer in our condo. It was a truly relaxing vacation.

Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This was such a great place to stay. The Dancing Dolphin is a great escape for those who need time away from the busy city life while still having quick access to the city. We chose to stay at the Dancing Dolphin to have a beach vacation and participate in activities located in downtown Savannah, GA. The condo was very clean and nice. My family loved the organization and the closet space. Being able to wash your clothes while on vacation helps a great deal on the tasks needed when arriving back home. We did not want to leave and would love to go back and stay longer. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice and memerable experience.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The Dancing Dolphin was excellent for my wife and i. We saw dolphins day and night and many very close. The Condo is very neat and tidy. We enjoyed it. The pool was nice and you felt very secure. Beach is close and very nice as well. We used the porch / deck to sit out there and watch the fireworks from South Carolina along the coast and we watched the dolphins, sunrises and sunsets as well. Patti is great and so accomodating. We of course have been coming to Tybee for over 5 years and love it. JUST LOVE TYBEE ISLAND! We will be back!

We absolutely LOVED this place ! We've been coming to Tybee at lease once a year and this is the first time in which we haven't been confined to an impersonal hotel room blocks away from the water. This place has every possible convenience and so many 'personal' touches. The north end of the island is so quiet and beautiful. We'll definitely be back. Thanks for providing us with such a beautiful vacation haven.

Awesome place!! Very accomodating, very inviting and has everything you need right at your finger tips. Easy access from parking to the beach and pool. Great view, quiet and relaxing. Has everything you could want!

The condo was clean, well decorated and beautiful. My daughter and I spent every morning and evening on the deck watching the boats and dolphins. The pool is beautiful and kid friendly with the beach so close that even a toddler could walk to it without getting tired. I need to set my booking up for next year because I plan on going again!!!!!!!

We stayed in this beautiful condo in the Summer of '09. It was like a home away from home. Every need was met and the owner has thought of everything you might want on vacation. We were very happ with Dancing Dolphin and we hope to return in the Summer of 2010.

Russ and I just got here. WOW - There is so much personality and thoughfulness in this place. I am feeling really blessed right now. Dancing Dolphin is absolutely one of the best rentals we have experienced. Just beautifully decorated and supplied with everything that could be needed to make a vacation enjoyable. We celebrated our 1st anniversay as we married here last year. Tybee Island is special beyond words ... for relaxation. We come once or twice a year for a get away and we will always keep this place top of our list for a rental.

We loved it ! Your place is too cute and very comfortable. I appreciated how clean it was and all the little extras. Ashlyn had a great 5th birthday here and Lillian got her first change to play in the pool and sand. We took lots of pictures ! Watching the dolphin and ships was very neat - the porch is so nice and we enjoyed the grill, too! Thanks for all the memories.

This was our 3rd visit to the Dancing Dolphin and we found our stay to be every bit as wonderful as our first visit. The improvements you've made to the place are awesome - nice work, indeed. We were also very appreciative of the movies stocked in the condo - we made extensive use of them during the thunderstorm on Sunday. We have so much enjoyed our winter at your 'Dancing Dolphin'. The location has worked well for us, as we've virtually had a private beach. Your unit was very clean and well stocked with cookware... the slow cooker helped us make great winter chili ! What a perfect honeymoon destination ! We were pleasantly surprised with this lovely little condo. It was perfect for the two of us as we spent our first week together as husband and wife. We loved the quiet and peace of the island but also the closeness of Savannah where we were able to go on Paula Deens television show, "Paula's Parties". We hope to return to Tybee Island again one day with our families.

This was our second stay in Dancing Dolphin and we were just as delighted this time as we were previously. Although the condo is admittedly small, it truly does have all the comforts of home and we enjoyed our stay. We will be back next year, hopefully, for another wonderful visit. We've only been here a few short hours, exhausted but too elated to sleep. Mike went in first, then told the kids and I to cover our eyes and come in. "You'll love it", he said. He was right ! I screamed, jumped up and down as much as our children. From the get go and I mean the email, etc - I hace been impressed, but you thought of everything. I never want to leave. We're getting married a week from today and your beautiful home will always be part of the fairy tale.

We have stayed at SBRC many times but never with a more wonderful visit than the last few days. The condo is decorated beautifully and made us feel at home. We were able to really relax for a change. The real test was when Polly walked in the door and said how pretty everything was. Eating several meals on the porch, so near the ocean, was a great experience. Polly loved watching the dolphin from the porch and was really impressed with the DVD collection. Thanks for making this a great trip.

It was truly great to come back for a return visit to your wonderful place. The mold for hospitality should be made after Patti. You do a wonderful job of making condo life very relaxing - providing us with all the basic comforts of home. We had great weather. Tybee is a neat beach and SBRC, B109 is a great place to stay. Thanks for going to the extra effort of getting Michael movies to watch. He enjoyed that.

Thank you so much for the terrific accommodation and hospitality. Our week has been fantastic! We knew this was the place for us as soon as we arrived. Dolphin playing, warm water and a clean and comfortable spot to call home for the week. We literally saw a hundred dolphin during the week. They were everywhere ! If you want a peaceful beach for walks and swimming this is the best.

What an exciting day. Jim "found" a pigmy sperm whale on the beach and was interviewed for television. He is now a STAR. The view is lovely. We enjoyed the dolphin, birds and racoons. Thanks for the accommodations.

We have had a wonderful time. This condo is adorable and quickly because our home away from home. So much better than a stuffy hotel room. It was nice to have the laundry and kitchen. Our boys were quite comfortable sleeping in the living room while my husband and I enjoyed the plush bed. Thank you for all the movies and toys - we got a lot of use out of them.

WOW ! What a fantastic vacation! We absolutely adored this place. I was hooked as soon as I saw the wash clothes monogrammed with our children's names. I would not have expected more staying with friends. Tybee Island is so serene. We loved the fact that is not overly commercial. How refreshing. The houses are quaint and reminiscient of New England - such a pleasant place. We visited the lighthouse and museum and enjoyed the history. We also enjoyed watchint the shrimp boats from the beach - dolphin every day - not to mention the freighters making their way into Savannah.

Oh, how we needed this time away. We'll never be able to thank you enough for sharing your retreat with us. What hospitality and kindness!
