There is no better location on Maui than this. You need to look no further if you seek; a fantastic beach, stunning sunsets, whales and comfort.

Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We loved this unit and it was everything we expected and more. The unit is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated in an Hawaiian theme. The owners have spared no expense and have it stocked with everything one would need and more!! The location of the complex is wonderful and it is an easy drive to good shops and restaurants. We also loved being just across the street from the daily Farmer's Market and also the ABC store. The complex is on the small side so we never had to deal with crowds or body to body people on the property, pool or beach!! The owners were great to work for and we would definitely return to this same unit if we are ever lucky enough to return to beautiful Kihei.Thanks for everything Jack and Sharon, it was am amazing vacation!

Absolutely beautiful and equipped with EVERYTHING! Chairs for beach, snorkel equipment, suntan lotion, reading material, staples in kitchen, you name it! All of this accented by a perfect ocean front view. Our only regret is that we had to leave a day early because being airline employees we fly space available, and had to "go" when the flights are good. Would come back in a minute. Next time I will buy tickets and stay for the "whole" experience. Thanks Jack and Sharon. What a great time!!!!

22 days in Paradise - Indeed the "Good Life"

My wife and I were amazed to find this unit so well equipped with small appliances, and even the silverware for a picnic. We could have left one suitcase home. They even had a stapler, scotch tape, and similar items. With the farmers market and ABC store nearby for shopping we didn't have to drive to shopping every day. The Kihei Canoe Club nearby has a lot to offer in fun and adventure. This is one of the largest lanai's in the complex with comfortable furniture for dining and watching the sunsets. The higher chairs and table allow you to see the surf while dining without the rail in the view. A wonderful mattress put us to sleep as the memories of each wonderful day faded to dreams. The owners of this unit truly show the Aloha spirit in making their guests feel welcome and have all needs met with beautiful pictures, furniture, two TV's, DVD, etc. Even the beach towels were furnished as was a closet with sand chairs, and beach fun items for adults and children both. The abundance of ice chests were handy for daily trips, picnics, and shopping. Thank you for your 5 star accommodations.

Jack and Sharon, My wife and I want to thank you for another great stay at your condo. When we decided to go back to Maui, we had to come back to your Kihei Beach property. Your condo has everything we needed for cooking and even had the outside closet stocked up with chairs, coolers and other items for the beach. It always feels like a home away from home for us. Dear Sharon & Jack, Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo in Maui. It was absolutely perfect! You have everything a guest would need for a perfect vacation. We enjoyed the walks on the beach, watching the whales and dolphins from the Lanai, snorkelling, going on a sunset cruise and checking out Maui. We even played a bit of cribbage and scrabble, which were also provided. We just loved hearing the ocean as we went to sleep and then again when we woke up. Dear Sharon & Jack, Where do we start!! Your condo was everything we hoped for and more. We were so happy when we arrived to find an immaculately clean, beautifully decorated condo with all the amenities. You truly did think of everything to make our stay special. When we opened the blinds to reveal the spectacular, take your breath away view of the ocean only a few feet away from the lanai, with the beautifully manicured lawn & wonderful palm trees, we knew that we were going to have a vacation that we would never forget. We had such a great time, and waking up each morning to have Kona coffee on the lanai was a perfect start to the day. Your furniture was so comfortable and the king size bed with the memory foam mattress was like sleeping on a cloud. Thank you for decorating your condo as you would your own home, with beautfiul touches. I would highly recommend your condo to anyone who wants a beautiful and comfortable accommodation while staying in Kihei. The location on Sugar Beach was spectacular, and the other guests and the caretaker (Tom)were friendly and warm. We made some friends and will never forget our 10 days in paradise. We will be back many times!! Thank you!!

We loved this condo. We spent lots of time on the balcony enjoying the whales. It is right across the street from the Farmers Market where we purchased pineapples every day and an ABC Store. I would highly recommend this condo.

Dear Jack and Sharon, Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in your condo. You have thought of everything! The kitchen was fully equipped and sand chairs and cooler were used daily. We loved watching the canoes every morning while eating breakfast on the lanai and enjoyed the sounds of the ocean thru the night. The condo staff was also great. Thanks for a wonderful time on Maui! Jack and Sharon, thanks for the wonderful accomodations! I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful the amenities you've provided for your guests are. You really know how to make your guests feel at home. From the time we entered the condo until we sadly had to leave, I felt so at home. How wonderful it was to walk right into the condo and be drawn to the balcony where you instantly overlook the magnificent waters of Sugar Beach. We truly made ourselves at home, so much so that I really tried to figure a way to stay and become a resident on Maui! It made for a great trip as my brother and his family were staying at your Maui Sunset Condo and we were able to vacation together, yet have our space. Might I say to anyone who reads your guest comments that this was truly paradise, so much so that I've already booked for two weeks in 2008. Whether you're just a individual, couple, or small family, this is truly the place to stay while in Maui. And if you're like myself, with an extended family and trying to vacation, consider booking the Kihei condo for a smaller group and the Maui Sunset Condo for the remainder of your party. This worked out so great for us! Looking forward to the 2008 vacation season, for it will not get here soon enough for me. Until then, Mahalo!

Dear Jack and Sharon, What a beautiful place you have. We came to Maui to bring our 5 year old daughter. This was the perfect place to stay. We had banana pancakes and coffee out on the balcony EVERY morning. You have really thought of everything. From the toothpicks, to the extra postcards in the drawer, to all the beach gear including the snorkel kits in the storage. Who comes on vacation with all these "little" things? The condo is the BEST one in the whole place. (We peaked in other condos :)We laughed at all the people at these overpriced HUGE hotels "trying" to relax. This is THE place to be. It's quiet,relaxing and the views are to die for! Thank you for allowing vacationers enjoy your little piece of paradise. We will be back!!!!

JACK & SHARON, SORRY IT TOOK AMBER AND I SO LONG TO SEND A COMMENT ABOUT YOUR CONDO! I THINK WE ARE JUST COMING BACK TO REALITY AFTER OUR VISIT TO MAUI! WHAT A BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY, PERFECTLY LOCATED FOR ALL OF OUR NEEDS! WE FOUND A BOOK CALLED "MAUI REVEALED" AND LEFT A COPY IN THE CONDO FOR ALL YOUR OTHER GUESTS TO ENJOY. IT HAS SOME GREAT PLACES TO SNORKEL AND EAT THAT ARE NOT TO FAR FROM THE CONDO. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE VIEWS, THE WHALES AND DOLPHINS OUT THE BACK PATIO ADDED THE PERFECT TOUCH. THERE ARE NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE OUR STAY. THE CONDO WAS PERFECT!!!!!!
