Beautiful, upscale, professionally decorated, four-bedroom, four-bath condominium located on the exclusive western end of Ocean Isle Beach in the Islander Villas community.
This condominium was built in 2006, and has ceramic tile floors with an area rug in the main living area and dining room, and granite counter tops in the kitchen. Nine-foot ceilings throughout. There is a full 1700 square feet of living space.
There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two double-size beds in the second bedroom, two double-size beds in the third bedroom, and two sets of bunk beds for the kids in the fourth bedroom. Each bedroom has its own private bath.
Free Wi-Fi access is included in the rental rate. Linens and cleaning fees are also included at no extra charge.
Access to the wide sandy beach is a short walk away (2 - 3 minutes), or enjoy the luxury of the oceanfront pool at the nearby Islander Resort Club. Or just relax in the sun and enjoy a cool drink on the unit's private, spacious deck.
The unit is on the top floor (third), with easy elevator access just adjacent to the private, reserved, covered parking.
Great golf courses are just minutes away, or play tennis at the Islander Villa courts.

Another great week at OIB Happy

Our family has stayed in OIB Happy two times now. Both times we found it to be immaculate and tastefully appointed. We love the granite countertops and comfortable beds. It is an upper unit, so the sunset views are great. It is a very short walk to the beach with easy public access. It is also located on the west end of the island. The beach was very clean and uncrowded. We enjoyed venturing to the end of the island (west end) to gather shells. We love this beach and the week of precious family time memories. OIB Happy is a peaceful place to recharge! We'll be back! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful unit.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
