This property is located approx. 1.5 miles south of Chautauqua Institution. 3 exits south of the Peek-n-Peak Resort off I-86
This spacious, corner condominium has a beautiful lake view and is tastefully decorated. It is designed for families with a first-floor bedroom with 4 twin beds, a dresser and a TV. There is a mudroom with a washer and dryer. Open kitchen with bar seating (three) as well as a formal dining area that has a table with six chairs but can sit eight comfortably. Large deck with wonderful lake view has a large gas grill a which is great for burgers, poultry and steaks. It also has a portable firepit for an evening of roasting marshmallows.
Each of the spacious upstairs bedrooms have their own full bathrooms and are equipped with newer, queen-size, comfortable mattresses. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, TV, and doors that open to a small deck with a great lake view. Grounds are beautifully landscaped with a very short walk to the pool. There is a winery that recently opened within a five-minute drive. Bemus Point, known for shopping and entertainment, is less than a 15-minute drive away.
