Location: Raymond, Sebago Lake, Mountains & Lakes, Maine, USA (less than an hour to North Conway, 25 m. W. of Portland;)

Accommodations:  Cottage, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath (Sleeps 4-5)

Enjoy the peaceful views this cozy cottage offers tucked into a clearing of tall pines with 300 feet water frontage on Dingley Brook which flows into Sebago Lake. A two-minute walk will get you to a private/owners lake front beach with boat launching and a slip on Sebago Lake. Canoe, paddleboat and kayaks are available for use. Listen to the loons and enjoy the stars while roasting marshmallows at the firepit.

This camp has been newly painted inside and out and is bright, colorful, and clean. There is a large deck with outdoor furniture and gas grill. There is a fully equiped open kitchen, spacious sun/livingroom and 3/4 bathroom. One bedroom with a queen bed on the main floor and two twins with an extra mattress in the loft. Indoor games and puzzles are available. Please bring your own linens and towels.
