  My family and I stayed here for a week. The kids had there privacy while we had quiet. It was great 2 kitchens and 3 living rooms, the house was so big, we loved the space. Also you have to have dinner at Harpoo Hanas it was great one of the highlights of our trip fun and the food was great.Kids went rafting out back they had a ball. would stay again for sure. Carol and Bill were sweethearts to work with , they answered any e-mails immediately. Nora Robinson

  I went for a weekend with my family and had a great time. There was a lot of space, but we ended up just using the top floor. The place was very clean and it was close to everything. Late night dinner outside on the deck eating crab was the highlight of the trip. Thanks :)

  This house had plenty of space for our 3 families. The kids had fun changing bedrooms each night. The house was clean and the kitchens (did I mention the 2 full kitchens!) were well stocked. Having TVs upstairs and downstairs allowed the kids and adults to have their own space. The limited canal access in the back was enough for the kids to fish from. It is close to the beach. We went to the Fenwick Island state park with bath house and concessions. You can buy 3 day passes at the park office for $20 which will save you some money ($8/day otherwise). It is also convenient to mini golf, go karts, ice cream, water park for other activities. The house does not have wireless (which turned out to be nice to be "unplugged"). If you cannot live without wireless, there is a coffee shop within walking distance to get connected. Thanks so much for sharing your house with us!

  We had a great stay at this house. The house was large enough for our 3 families. Having two full size kitchens was very convenient. The home was close enough to the state park (with bathhouse and concessions) to make a quick trip to the beach. At the state park, you can buy 3 ticket passes for $20 which would save you $4 ($8/day usually). Convenient to minigolf, waterpark, and go karts. Didn't have wireless connection (although it was surprisingly nice to not be connected for the week) but you could go to the cafe (within walking distance) to use their wireless connection. Overall, we would go back and recommend to friends.

  Plenty of room for the whole crew! The house was clean, and had everything listed--roomy 6 bdrm, 2 Kitchens, 2 LR and a family room w/TV... 1/4 mi to beach, walking distance to Harpoon Hanna's...plenty of space for 8 adults, 5 children--even had a crab feast one night on the deck! Will likely rent again.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

  We had a great time, was my second time in the place and as always the owner always nice, we love the place and my family does too... Highly recommended

  This was our first full family vacation including children and grandchildren. The house was close enough to get to the beach every day as well as day trips to assateague island, Ocean City and other attractions. There was plenty of parking in a quiet neighborhood. The access to the canal allowed us to kayak out to the bay almost every morning. Definitely would stay here again

  We planned a family get-together for 12 and were fortunate to find this property. It is as is listed, is clean and well maintained. The area is quiet with wonderful beaches and plenty of places to eat, have fun and visit. The owners were most helpful and accommodating. Best of all, grandma and I and the uncles had some space away from the bustle of the grandkids!

  We loved it!!!!! Very difficult time for all of us this past year.We went down and relaxed...Very nice to have two kitchens...Grown ups had a blast downstairs and outside on the porch while the teenagers were able to enjoy the upstairs. The early risers even had a great time. Would recommend this to anyone with big families

  We used this house in early July this year and it was amazing! We have a large family and we were all very comforitable together. There was space for everyone. It was very clean and had a large yard for our grandchidren to play as well as a large deck to eat crabs. All appliances were in perfect working order which is not always the case in rental homes. There was a family room on the main floor which gave the kids a place to go to watch videos when they needed down time in the evening. There was a living room upstairs for adult conversation as well as a living room downstairs with a television for quiet time as well. It's the perfect place for a large goup. Even the parking was easy for several cars. Thanks to the owners for such a great vacation experience!!
