This was our first full family vacation including children and grandchildren. The house was close enough to get to the beach every day as well as day trips to assateague island, Ocean City and other attractions. There was plenty of parking in a quiet neighborhood. The access to the canal allowed us to kayak out to the bay almost every morning. Definitely would stay here again

We planned a family get-together for 12 and were fortunate to find this property. It is as is listed, is clean and well maintained. The area is quiet with wonderful beaches and plenty of places to eat, have fun and visit. The owners were most helpful and accommodating. Best of all, grandma and I and the uncles had some space away from the bustle of the grandkids!

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We loved it!!!!! Very difficult time for all of us this past year.We went down and relaxed...Very nice to have two kitchens...Grown ups had a blast downstairs and outside on the porch while the teenagers were able to enjoy the upstairs. The early risers even had a great time. Would recommend this to anyone with big families

We used this house in early July this year and it was amazing! We have a large family and we were all very comforitable together. There was space for everyone. It was very clean and had a large yard for our grandchidren to play as well as a large deck to eat crabs. All appliances were in perfect working order which is not always the case in rental homes. There was a family room on the main floor which gave the kids a place to go to watch videos when they needed down time in the evening. There was a living room upstairs for adult conversation as well as a living room downstairs with a television for quiet time as well. It's the perfect place for a large goup. Even the parking was easy for several cars. Thanks to the owners for such a great vacation experience!!

Me and 10 friends rented this house last august! We had a BLAST! the house was perfectly accomadating! And the renters were very easy to contact. Which was great considering we're all from Massachusetts! We rented the house again for this summer and can't wait!!!

Our stay at the beach house was very pleasant, didn't come for the beach our families came from Tulsa, Ok to attend a niece's wedding, but we were very satified with the house, we were able to stay under the same roof instead of multiple hotel rooms, so we were able to visit, and enjoy each other. As I said we were not coming for the beaches, but they were very clean and pretty, there were plenty of choices for dining, we had a very good time.

great communication getting the house reserved for our weekend. the house is very clean,plenty of room for our family. great location. will try to reserve the same house if we decide to visit the area again

Hamilton Beach House --- A Tastefully decorated clean vacation house, close to the beach, yet away from the crowds for a quiet vacation. Close to the bus for $2/day to ride to the boards all day long. Close to many famous restaurants. We spent last year here with family & liked it so much we returned again. We would rate this home with 4 stars & would return.

The house is perfect size for a big family and is located centrally to both Ocean City and Rehoboth beaches. The owners are great people. Thank you so much for a stress free experience.

It's the right size house for our 13 member 'group' - 3 families, at the right time (weather & all) for the right price; a real beach house in a nice quiet, out of the way neighborhood, more than adequate amenities; gotta keep this one bookmarked.

This is our second time renting and we love this home. It is centrally located to other friends & family who attend our Ocean City Easter weekend tradition. Will stay again as long as the home is available. Carol is nice and very thoughtful.

We had a great time over the Labor Day weekend in this house. The house was clean. Our mini family reunion went very well and the house was just right for us. The neighborhood was quiet while the Ocean City boardwalk, Rehoboth and the outlet malls were just a few miles drive away. We will recomend this place.

We had a great time with the grandkids & family. The property was very clean with several amenities. The property is close to Harpoon Hannas and a short walk to the bus to go anywhwere in town for $2/day. Also, close to Miniture Golf & beach. We would recommend this to anyone.

We had a most wonderful week at the house. I came away loving my family a little bit more. The house was very spacious and comfortable; more than enough space to allow each family member to retreat or to gather as they desired. The location was also great,pretty much everything was accessible and the house itself is located in a pleasant community. I highly recommend this house.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the your guest house. The house was clean and very accessible to the beach and boardwalk. My grandchildren enjoyed the ducks and would be outside with them when they were in the water in the canal. It is a very quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed the quietness. We are looking forward to returning again next year.
