Come to our beautiful, bright beach cottage within walking distance to the beach and Night Heron Park in a private and gated community, with full Kiawah Island Resort guest amenities and priviledges! Managed and cared for by Kiawah Resort, this property is decorated in a colorful "beachy" theme, and boasts a private master bedroom with King size bed, bath, and its own deck, and two additional bedrooms - one with with twin beds and the other with a queen - each connected by the second jack and jill bath.
Resort amenities are all included with your reservation and quoted rate,including the Night Heron Park pools and Tennis Club pool,Resort workout facility, discounts on golf range and play fees,the children's daily or weekly reservations at Kamp Kiawah,the 2 World Class Tennis centers, preferred dining and spa reservations, and discounts on all beach rental needs and bike rentals through the Resort. Full consierge desk resort service is also included with free transportation to golf, dinner and tennis Resort reservations if desired.
The fully equiped kitchen has newer appliances and upgrades including washer and dryer, and has a separate eating area. The dining room easily seats six, and adjoins two comfortable living areas including the sunroom with a new Flat Screen HDTV and cable access. In addition, two of the bedrooms including the master, also have cable TV. The cottage has a deck in the front of the home with chairs, that enjoys the morning sun as well as the beautiful sunroom for relaxing, tv watching or game playing overlooking a wooded view with lagoon.
The location of our home is the very best Island location for families on the Island; as it is adjacent to the 21-acre Night Heron Park which is the center for all of children's activities including heated/iced pools, NH Grill, Kamp Kiawah camps and recreation, playgrounds, soccer fields, lighted basketball courts, volleyball and the Kiawah Island Nature Center and teen activities taking place during the entire summer and holidays. Walk to the gorgeous, wide ten miles of beaches of Kiawah (our access has convenient access to public restrooms too)or stay on the unending walking and bike trails to convenient shopping areas, or any of the world-famous tennis centers or golf courses. The beautiful new Sanctuary Hotel is also just a 5 minute bike ride away. Walk with the kids to the Night Heron pool as well.
Of course, a visit would not be complete without several other sites including the new Freshfield's shopping experience just outside Kiawah's gate for groceries, shopping and entertainment, as well as the beautiful historic city of Charleston, SC with all its fun attractions including waterpark and aquarium just minutes away.

We have been coming to Kiawah for 10 years and I can honestly say that your home has been our favorite. Having resort amenities is such a nice feature as the kids love to go the pool also.
