Our Seascape villa is a two bedroom, 2 bath villa just minutes from the beach. It is NEWLY RENOVATED. The kitchen is open to the living area with a breakfast bar. The living room and dining room areas have beautiful new hardwood flooring. Both bathrooms have been entirely refurbished. Ample natural sunlight, new furnishings, and attractive accessories will brighten your stay in a comfortable beach atmosphere. A new large deck, new deck furniture, and gas grill provide outdoor living space in a lovely natural setting.
The living room looks out on a lagoon and fountain in a semi-tropical wooded cove. The kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom has a king size bed and looks out on the semi-tropical forested commons with lagoon and fountain. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and the living area has a queen sleep sofa.
The villa is ideally located, only a short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, churches, and Van der Meer tennis. It is adjacent to the main island bike trail. ESTIMATED WALKING TIMES - 3 minutes to beach on dedicated walkway; 10 minutes on bike path to restaurants & shops; 12 minutes on bike path to Piggly Wiggly and Bi Lo grocery stores; 15 minutes to Van der Meer tennis; 20 minutes on bike path to Episcopal, Catholic, & Methodist churches.
Seascape villas meander through a semi-tropically wooded site with serene lagoons, native vegetation, and walking paths. The curved footprint of the buildings complements the natural setting. Two pools and a natural playground are tastefully designed to fit the site. The villas have a dedicated walkway to the beach with a private cabana, locked restrooms, and foot shower for rinsing off sand before the walk back from a day at the beach.

The property is as close to the beach as possible, without being right on it. Literally, 5 minutes across the street. The cart supplied made it super easy to load up the walk to the beach. Could have used a mallet to get the umbrella in the sand... The bathrooms are very small, but really, you won't spend much time there. There are stairs that The living area is quite spacious and comfy. It is close enough to Coligny Circle and all the hub-bub activities, but still in a quiet area. The pools and back yard of the property are great! We would have grilled out and cooked in the whole time, if there weren't so many good restaurants. Staying in this area is great because if you rent bicycles, you can get to many, many restaurants. A short drive to the north side is fine for the shops up there. We look forward to spending another vacation here.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.

We are an italian family traveling in the South. We had one wonderful week in Seascape Villas. The house was exactly as described with all new furniture. The air con was silent and was programmable so that we could regulate perfectly as we liked. It was very quiet. The beach is close and very convenient to walk to . The beach is what we expected to find: long and wide. Also close (just 15'-20' walking) the area with a lot of shop and restaurant.

The villa is a very short walk to the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella & rolling cart were provided to make your beach stay easier. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of appliances & utensils and there is a small pantry to store your personal food supplies, so it was easy to keep the counters neat and tidy. The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. It was a great place to stay.
