We request a 25% non refundable deposit within 7-10 days of your request payable via check or bank transfer. On receipt the villa shows as booked for the dates you have chosen. We will ask for the balance, payable by check or bank transfer, 60 days prior to your departure. Everything is confirmed in writing. Please note we require a $200 security deposit.
