A dramatic entrance to this oceanfront home leads you to a large foyer with double staircase to the second floor. The first level features a large family room with maple floors, gas fireplace, a 50" wall-mounted, HDTV and doors leading to the outdoor pool and spa(both heatable upon request and for a separate charge) as well as fabulous Oceanfront views. On this level are five large bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and one powder room. A wet bar with a refrigerator complete this level.
The second level features a spacious new ly remodeled kitchen and adjacent dining area with seating for 15, all the new stainless steel appliances one could need including double ovens, 2 dishwashers, trash drawer as well as a designer dinnerware and utensils. The second floor also features maple flooring, a spacious, comfortable living room with gas fireplace and a 50" wall-mounted, HDTV, adjacent screened porch, doors leading to terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean plus an area with a game table and chairs for cards, games and puzzles and a powder room. A free wireless high-speed internet connection is available for guests use.
Completing the second level is a master suite with unbelievable ocean views. It features a cedar closet, spacious walk-in closet, a completely new master bath with a massive custom shower with body sprays and a rainfall shower head and jacuzzi tub. From the master bedroom a spiral staircase leads to the third level "Crow's Nest" with views for miles.
Each bedroom features a 32" HDTV with a built in DVD player as well as 50" HDTV in each family room, 30" additional TV in the 1st floor family room and a 19" TV in the dining room for a total of 10 TVs. There is a DVD player in each family room. There are over 200 books for guests enjoyment.
Other special features include a two car garage, a private pool and dramatic ocean views from nearly every room. This custom designed home is beautifully furnished with everything you and your family will need.
