Villa Rosegarden is a beautiful contemporary waterfront villa on wide canal in the upscale Rose Garden neighborhood, a peaceful family neighborhood with very little traffic.

Updated and remodeled in 2016 and 2024, Villa Rosegarden features a wide open floor plan with great flow between all rooms and a large screened in lanai with heated pool. The spacious family room with smart TV and stereo, the living and dining rooms, the master bedroom (with wall-mounted TV with Roku), and the kitchen are all open to the lanai and pool, and have broad views of the water. Fish or relax on the large deck that extends out over the water. It features a captain’s walk, and a large square Tiki hut and table. All new in 2023 and made of composite planking that doesn’t burn your feet,

Egrets may wander by, and manatees and occasional dolphins swim right by the deck. Mature tropical landscaping surrounds the Villa, including trees that provide bananas, mangoes, and coconuts in season. Three smart TVs, free wifi and landline, indoor/outdoor stereo. A barbeque grill, some fishing tackle, and two bicycles are also provided. Note: Hurricane Ian damaged the plantings, but they’re coming back and new ones have been added.

Master bedroom bath suite has separate sinks, European shower, and whirlpool bath. Two additional bedrooms feature a queen-size bed, and two twins. There is also a foldaway crib. Laundry room with washer and dryer. The villa is all on one level.

Cape Coral offers 340 days of sunshine annually, and 400 miles of canals (more than any other city on Earth.) Southwest Florida - including Cape-Coral, Fort Myers, Naples, and Marco Island - offers cultural attractions, museums and performance venues, fine restaurants, golf courses, natural areas, and other recreational attractions. Minutes from the villa are Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel & Captiva (world's best shell-hunting!), Naples, and many beautiful beaches of pure white sand, all easily reached by car or by boat.

There is a nominal cleaning fee. This is a non-smoking venue, so smoking is not permitted on the property, please. Florida State tax is 6.5% and Lee County room tax is 5%.

Pets: Breeds not likely to shed can be considered on a case-by-case basis. (Extra cleaning fee applies.)
