The house is located in the lovely Guadalupe neighborhood, one of the rare areas offering a FLAT walk into San Miguel's central Jardin area (about 7 minutes away by foot), and unlike in louder neighborhoods, you won't find yourself kept up all night by trucks and motorcycles! Weather is lovely year-round, and there are several outdoor areas to enjoy: the main patio (with 4-seat table for outdoor dining), an upper terrace for sunbathing, and even rooftop access, where you can check out views that include San Miguel's famous Parroquia. There is also a lovely bougainvillea garden outside, and a stunning cactus garden inside! The house is in wonderful condition, and maid service is included.
