This home is roomy (1700 square feet, with volume ceilings, open and airy). You'll find it extremely comfortable (large seating area in LR, air conditioned, with ceiling fans throughout, cross-ventilization (cool breeze normally). Totally conducive to socialization with an open kitchen, dining area that seats six, outdoor dining area that seats eight, oudoor seating area seats four. You'll enjoy our relaxing AND private fenced yard, greenery, birds, light, And yet, only minutes away you'll find leisure pursuits (2 miles to Ferry, Shamrock nature preserve, tennis courts), and so much more.Great for cooking (open kitchen, charcoal grill, all appliances, etc). A vacation doesn't get much better than this.

Movies, movies, movies: 46”LCD TV with HD viewing pkg. Included is streaming video featuring free movies, documentaries, TV shows from Netflix and Amazon Prime. Or, watch your own DVDs on the DVD player provided. We also have placed an additional TV in master bedroom.
