Sou da Alemanha e a casa foi indicado de um amigo. O prédio é bem cuidado e limpíssimo, até o elevador esta perfumado. O apartamento é bem comfortável, gostamos muito a cozinha espaçosa, tem tudo que deseja. Muito gostoso é o vento que vem do mar e ventila o apartamento inteiro. Gostamos também a cobertura com a piscina, tem cadeiras boas para tomar sol. A gente se sentiu em casa e ficamos de boa vontade nesse apartamento.
