Located on Little Hickory Island, Bonita Beach is a quiet and private paradise. A white sand beach lays in front and stretches to the south for five miles. The water is always warm in the pool. The islands immediately north of the condo are state park and recreation areas.
The master bed room has one large walk in closet, one large jack and jill closet, comfortable king size bed, master bath, and a new tv/dvd player. Sliding glass doors open onto balconies from the living room and the master onto the lanai,you can see the ocean from anywhere in the condo, giving it a very light and airy feel. The lanai is a great place to dine, read or just watch the sunset into the Gulf. This is a great place to come to just relax.
Nearby you will find many excellent restaurants ranging from the chains to very casual to upscale, some within walking distance; shopping, more than ten golf courses, boat rentals, fishing charters, two major league baseball spring training camps, greyhound racing, the Seminole casino, Henry Ford and Thomas Edison's winter homes, museums,and much more. You can see Sanibel Island, Captiva and Marco Island from the lanai or beach and it's a easy drive over for lunch or a morning of shelling.
It has been remodeled in the last two years, so it is fully updated. You can be shopping on 5th Street in Naples or partying on Ft. Meyers Beach within minutes.
