This newly renovated 1,800 square foot home overlooks the 5th green of Crooked Oaks Golf Course with beach and pools 5 minutes away. You’ll discover a wide open, yet cozy, living area on one level. The three bedrooms include king, queen and twin size beds with TVs and DVD players in each. The new living room sofa hides a queen size bed. Our villa is freshly decorated in beautiful colors and a Pottery Barn style. There is UNLIMITED long distance calling, WI/FI, and HD cable service for our 37" and 32" HD TVs in both the living room and master bedroom. There is a FIREPLACE in each of these rooms, providing comfort and luxury. Wake up in the master suite to a "RAIN" shower and morning coffee on the attached screened porch. Summer .. Jun-Aug ................ $1,500/week.
Spring .. Mar-May .. $175/night .. $1,250/week.
Fall .... Sep-Oct .. $150/night .. $ 1,000/week.
Winter .. Nov-Feb ................ $ 750/week .. $2,250/month.
Tax will be added to rental at current rate.  Cleaning charge added at cost.
50% deposit due within 14 days after reservation is made and balance due
2 weeks prior to your stay.  Minimum one week Saturday – Saturday stay
in summer.
