Four words describe our Condo in paradise... A SLICE OF HEAVEN! With three bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom, our spacious 1450 square foot Condo is more like a cottage or bungalow than the typical condo/hotel room you find on the island.

We have a wonderful breeze and sheltered shaded location. Also for your comfort, every bedroom and our living room has air conditioners and ceiling fans. Two of our bathrooms have ceiling fans as well. Our unit is cool and very comfortable all year.

Nestled between Kaanapali and Kapalua, Kahana Outrigger is an oceanfront property within 5-15 minutes from Lahaina, Kaanapali, Napili and Kapalua.

The lush tropical grounds of the Kahana Outrigger consist of four buildings with four units each. Our beautiful Condo #1A2 is peaceful and inviting. It's just a few steps from our lanai to the POOL or OCEAN. Sitting on our lanai, you'll have a spectacular view of the island of Molokai; and you might even catch sight of a playful whale during whale watching season.

Our island home is a single story, lower unit with no long flights of stairs. You'll find our immaculate, tastefully decorated Condo relaxing, welcoming, and spacious and will love the recently upgraded features. We regularly touch up paint the walls and upgrade the furniture and appliances to keep our unit as pristine as possible.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: Master Bedroom - (one king bed); Bedroom two -(two twin beds - made into a king upon request); Bedroom three - (one twin and one queen bed). Living Room - Queen Sofa Bed. We also have a Twin EZ "Blow-up" Bed and a child's Pack 'N Play travel crib.

Hesitant about renting from strangers? This is the only rental we have, and we want you to walk through the door and feel as if you are in your own home. We use it as much as we can ourselves, and try to keep it to the standards of a private residence. We deal with you honestly and with integrity and look forward to sharing our Maui home with you.

  • Absolutely beautiful condo. Plenty of space for all 8 of us. Kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook all meals...setting is beautiful, loved the view and loved being so close to the pool for the little kids. The furniture is beautiful as well as the bedrooms and bathrooms - all lovely. We would stay there again in a heart beat. Location is perfect!!

  • The condo was a lot larger than we expected. We went with our two teenage sons and another couple and there was plenty of room. The furnishings were very nice--I could tell a lot of thought went into making everyone feel at home. The best supplied kitchen I've seen. It was wonderful to have our own beach and to see the turtles swimming each morning. Very helpful to have books prepared with ideas on where to eat, things to do, etc. Sherri is a pleasure! We had a little mishap and she was very understanding. I would highly recommend!

  • We had the most wonderful family vacation that I can remember! Sherri and Steve's home felt like home away from home, even better as we were on Maui. I must say that the pictures really do not do justice to how lovely and spacious the condo is, how beautiful the hibiscus and plumeria are, how spotless and clean the entire unit is. Sigh, we miss it already. Anyone with questions feel free to ask us as we had nothing but a terrific experience.

  • Our family of 5 stayed at the condo from July 10-July 15 and had a great time! The view from the master bdrm and lanai were incredible! The condo was perfect for our family with room had we brought more guests! Sherri was a huge help with all of the brochures she sent, menus, suggestions, etc. We would DEFINITELY love to return again, maybe next time minus the kids:) Loved the private beach and Bill was very cordial.   • One of the best vacations that the 10 of us ever had. Loved the view. The paddle out to the surf was worth it. The location was great. The view from Haleakala was spectacular, Makawao and Paia were interesting. Snorkeling at Napoli, Slaughterhouse and Molokini were the best. The road to Hana was a journey in itself. Roy's, Mama's Fish House and Pacific O served us the best fish, most of them we had never heard of before this trip.

  • We stayed at this condo in September 2008 for 10 days, to celebrate our 5th anniversary. Our son/fiancée and daughter/boyfriend joined us at the end of our stay, and the layout gave everyone their private space. The living area is clean and well appointed. The lanai was perfect for evening drinks & games before an evening swim. Bill keeps the grounds, grill, and pool area immaculate. The beach is in the backyard, relaxing and quiet. The fishermen next door invited us for a lunch of fresh fish. Sherri's island recommendations were handy, as were her suggestions for the airport and rental cars. I would love nothing more that to be able to go back to this condo. FYI: there was a missing cable for the TV so Sherri had me call the property managers who brought one over quickly. Also, bring your own hairdryer, since they disappeared before we arrived...in spite of Sherri's attempts to keep one there.
