The home offers some of the most spectacular lagoon and golf views from every room on Hilton Head Island and is only a few steps to three miles of beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.
The outdoor entertainment area includes a grill area, large lap pool and elevated eat-in-outdoor dining area overlooking the breathtaking 11-mile lagoon system and golf views of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. A private dock is located just steps from the pool and is available for kayak and canoe rentals and fishing. Beach chairs are provided for your convenience.
A well-equiped laundry and mud room is located poolside with two dryers, washer, compact refrigerator, tv and full pool bath.
The ground-floor business center includes a fax machine and wireless internet throughout the property. The 1st floor pool level offers a powder room,kitchen, bar, service bar to pool, dining room and sitting area, master bedroom with private bath, king bed and closet safe. Guest bedroom #2, overlooking the pool has a private bath with the option of a king bed or twins. Separating both levels is the mezzanine, offering a half bath and bedroom #3 with private bath and king or twins.
The 2nd floor offers spectacular views of the lagoon and golf, a kitchen, dining room, sitting and living room and additional entrance to the pool/dining area. Bedrooms #4 and #5 include a separate outside entrance from the upper deck overlooking the pool. These rooms also have private baths and the option of a king bed or twins. All bedrooms have incredible lagoon and golf views. TV's, Stereo and DVD's are located throughout.
