We had a wonderful time. The townhouse was very clean and completely sufficient for our needs. We love the resort facilities and spent most of our time at the pool. My kids spent hours by the pond watching the turtles. All of the staff that we encountered were very nice. One minor suggestion is to get some tongs and more dishtowels for the kitchen. We were very pleased with the accomodations and would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Kristin V.

Hi Peter...we returned from our vacation at Regal Palms and had a wonderful time! It was very nice to meet your dad. I know this is early, however, I would like to book in, if possible, for next March. Tentative dates are Monday March 4, 2013 to Saturday March 16, 2013 for 104 Verona. Our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren stayed with us for 8 days and the accommodations were exceptional. All the rooms were very spacious and clean. Of course with the awesome weather, the kids enjoyed hours of fun in the pool. The pool area is definitely a big draw, especially after long hours at Disney. We all looked forward to coming back to relax and/or swim. We can honestly say that we would not change a thing about the accommodations or the pool. We certainly would recommend this...

We had a great time at the townhome. The townhome was perfect, the only thing I found a little annoying was when I was sleeping in the master bedroom it was noisy until after 11:00 p.m. with people in the pool or just walking by talking. (I guess I am just a light sleeper.) The resort facilities were wonderful. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this resort to others and would stay here again if I was vacationing in Florida. Thanks for sharing your home. HAVE A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!! Becky B.

Our stay was great. The facilities and the home were very nice. The kids loved the pool area, especially the “movie night”. The restaurant was nice. We had the Thanksgiving buffet. The staff was friendly and check in was a breeze. Only suggestion for improvement would be additional supplies. We had to get our own toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, etc. My mom was particularly worried about the built up lint in the dryer. We used it, but she feared there would be a fire. Thanks so much. We loved it.

We loved your townhome? Our family could not have asked for anything more. My children were amazed because we have never stayed anywhere that was more than one room. My 7 yr old kept saying "Mom, you sure done good this time!" Everyone was extremely nice. We did not eat at the restaurant, but we used the pool every afternoon. My kids wanted to leave Islands of Adventure to go back to swim. Thank you so much for everything, and I have already recommended regal palms to everyone I have talked to since we have arrived home. Hi, we had a great stay and would stay in your home again might get in quick and book again for next year soon! Enjoyed how near your home is to the pool and how bright and airy the home is, pool facilities are excellent, dont think you would get that pool anywhere in Orlando. Resort is fine too. I think the furniture is a little dated (sorry!) but otherwise all is great! Jennifer W.

I recently stood at your lovely home from July 31st to August 9th.. My family and I had a wonderful stay.. The home was spacious enough for all of us and fully stocked with kitchen supplies. We were very impressed with the home and the resort and will definitely keep this experience in mind when coming back to Florida. Thank you very much. Out of a ten, I would give it a nine. The home and the resort were great. But on our first day, I had to call the front desk because one of the safes was closed and three light bulbs had to be changed. Other than that, we didn't have a problem at all. My family really enjoyed the resort pool. My oldest son couldn't get enough of the slide and the lazy river. We went to the pool before going to the parks or when we came back from the parks. The distance from the townhome to the pool was fantastic.. We were very close to the clubhouse. My family also really enjoyed the spaciousness of the home. There was enough space for everyone, enough bathrooms, and the washer and dryer was a bonus. I thought the home and resort were more than suitable for my family. I would recommend getting a new broom and mop. I had four children with me and the broom didn't sweep up properly and the mop was not something I would use in my own home. Besides that, everything was great. Thank you so much. My family and I had a great vacation.

Our stay at your villa was absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed every minute that we were there. The villa was Clean and had plenty of space that made it feel just like home. We thoroughly enjoyed the resort pool, slide and lazy river it was very clean and well kept. Then food was also very good and the resort personal were all very helpful and polite. We will definitely recommend this resort to friends, and we would definitely stay in your villa again when traveling to Florida. Thanks for a awesome 2011 vacation

My family and I had a great time during our stay at Regal Palms. The home was nice and spacious. I was very happy with the in home wifi. Very happy to be close to the pool area. The only problem is that there was not a broom so I had to buy one and that there was only 1 trash bag. I will be happy to revisit this home again. Will this home be available any weekend in this month? Thanks

Our 2 week in your Condo was awesome. We really enjoyed the space the condo provided for our family of 5 and appreciated the convenient location close to the resort facilities. The condo was well equipped and after doing our initial content checklist, anything that wasn't there was made available in a timely manner i.e. tea towels, burnt out light etc. The resort facility was well maintained and providedpretty much everything for an enjoyable holiday. We were very pleased. Our family made use of almost all of the amenities of the resort including pool area, restaurant, tiki bar, store, volleybal area, fitness center, and our daughters both had their hair braided. We also enjoyed the activities that were available for the kids around the resort area. I do want to reiterate how wonderful a time our family had at Regal Palms! It was a trip we will not forget. Thanks so much for the use of the condo and we look forward to returning and recommending your resort to others!!

We did enjoy our stay very much. It was a very nice central location for our traveling around the state. Of course with the colder weather we did not get to enjoy the pool area as much as we could have liked, but we did have a run of about 5 days that we could lazy around the pool. We did use the hot tub outside almost every day. The 50-60 degree temps outside made the tub much more inviting. The house was very well stocked and pleasant. We have definitely decided when we make a trip to Florida with our children and grandchildren, you will be the first place we contact for a place to stay. All we kept saying was "we wish the kids were here with us" we know they would enjoy everything you have to offer and the space makes it so roomy and comfortable. We will recommend you to our friends.

I was meaning to get back to you to thank you so much for our stay in your wonderful home!! We loved the Resort. The kids had a fantastic time at the pool, water slide, lazy river and beach volleyball!! The condo was perfect, spacious and clean. Our only suggestion would be for you to have a broom and dust pan available so we could sweep the main area floors during the week, as it got quite sandy from the kids and we had no way to sweep it up. Everything was great, we had such a nice time.
