Beautiful 3 bedroom 1,700 sq.ft. house, completely remodelled 2010, new pool, new furnitures, heated pool, 3x TV, DVD, gas grill, internet, AC. The house is completely equiped with everything you have at home: towels, dishwasher, washer, dryer etc. - lake view. You drive in ten minutes to the beaches and to the world known pier in Naples. Next Airport is in Fort Myers (RSW) 30 minutes. Best restaurants, shopping possibilities and golf courses can be reached within couple of minutes.
You also can play tennis for free on comunity´s tennis courts - it is some 3 minutes walking. The community is perfect for jogging or inline-skating. You can skate or run for couple of miles around the lakes.

About the owner: The first time we came to this area, it was 1995. Our son was one year old and the girls were still waiting to be born. We immediately felt in love with America and especially Florida. We live in Prague - Czech Republic.
