  We've rented many homes in Florida over the past ten years and were very pleased with this property. The house is beautiful, well decorated, very clean and in a nice neighbourhood. The location is great - close to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores and we didn't have to travel on the I-4 to get around, which can be congested and stressful. The property manager lives next door, which was convenient for check in and it was comforting to know he was close by if needed. The lake behind the house is a real bonus. Our son had a great time trying to catch the fish. We stayed for three weeks and didn't want to leave. The owner and manager were great to deal with - thanks Philipp and Victor! We hope to return in 2014.

  The house was wonderful! We enjoyed every minute of our stay there. It was a perfect size and decorated very tastefully. The pictures shown in the listing are accurate to what is there. We all enjoyed the pool to relax in after long days at the Disney Parks. The neighborhood is very quiet and it was nice to spend the early mornings drinking coffee on the lanai and watching all of the ducks and other birds. We loved the gator!! (from a distance!!) We would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone that would like a nice place to go and still feel like you were at home! The owner was a joy to work with. Very fast with emails and answers to any questions that we had.

  The Villa was exactly as described and excellently presented throughout. Located extremely close to theme parks, restaurants and shops. Close enough for ease of access, far enough for privacy and relaxtion. Property well maintained and excellent communication with the owner. I would happily recommend this property to friends and family. The Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights were amazing and cannot be recommended enough to families with teenagers or young adults. The weather was also at a record breaking high for those wishing to relax, tan and avoid the hustle and bustle of the popular theme parks.

  We got back last night after an amazing week in your house. The place was perfect. Our daughter practically lived in the pool. I can honestly say this was the first trip where at the end we realized that we did not miss our house. All I can say is thanks.

  lovely spacious villa, beautiful lake view from a large pool area. have stayed in several villas before but this has to be the largest pool we have had. very well equipped and very clean and tidy.from first enquiry to leaving at end of holiday everything was handled very well .peaceful community and relaxing area to stay in, but near enough to shops and attractions. wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone and hopefully will be returning ourselves.perfect holiday villa.

  Diese Haus ist wirklich ein Traum. Wir hatten so viel Ruhe und trotzdem ist es so nah an allen Attraktionen. Es war sehr sauber und die Hausverwaltung war sofort da wenn wir etwas brauchten. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Wir haben die letzten zwei Tage nur im Haus und am Pool verbracht, da es so schön und erholsam war :-) Wenn wir wieder nach Florida fliegen werden wir auf alle Fälle wieder dieses Haus buchen.   We can not agree with the bad review before ours. The house was really great and we are glad about the informations and safety. We had book many other houses before but no one was so modern and nice as this. We will be stay here again !! :-) Regards from Munich

  First for the positive. The house is in a good location to the airport and shopping as well as to major highways. However the house is not fully as advertised. here are a few things to be aware of. (1)The home owner has placed a lock box over the control for the A/C and have set the temp. higher then most would like it especially at night to sleep in (76deg). This is the first time we have rented a place where we didn't have the control of the temp. for the a/c. (2) The ad mentioned a jetted tub, which they do have. However there is a note on the tub which says not for use by renter.(3) Again in the ad it mentions a fire place. Now i know in Sept we wouldn't be using a fireplace however again there is a note which reads not to be used by renter. The tub and fire place being in the ad and then not for use is false advertisment.. (4) Now the pool is cleaned by the guy across the street which isn't being done on a reg. basis. Both screen doors leading from the pool had spider webs which have been there for sometime which tells me he doesnt clean it weekly. Both screen doors from the pool have pad locks on them so you cant get to the back yard (5) the house is advertised as a four bedroom. now it does have four bedrooms however the fourth room is locked with a deadbolt. Im not sure what one would do to use the forth room. The home owner has rules posted all over the house with do's and dont's like your a 5 year old. When you rent to the public you have to trust they will care for your property. Be aware that from the master bedroom you can not get to the pool area since they have the sliding door bolted closed. For the money i would look else where in the Kissimmee area there is so much to choice from that would be much better with less restriction to be able to enjoy your vacation.

  Owner response: One Star for that litte discomfort ??? Point 1 : That is right - we needed a new aircondition because some guests from Germany that doesent know you shouldnt use the aircondition the whole day on 60 Fahrenheit. Point 2 and 3: Yes there is a jetted tub and a fireplace in the house but nowhere in the description from homeaway you can read about it. So i never had solicit it. The notes are all not in the house but in the rental contract so you where able to read it before you signed it. Point 4: The Poolguy cames once a week - do you know how fast there will be new spider webs ?? Point 5: Where have you read someting about a fourth bedroom ?? Yes we have one but it is private. We dont solicit it on homeaway. On Homeaway our house is a three bedroom house... Yes we have posted do´s and dont´s because the most European people dont know how to use a security system or how to clean a real granit countertop - i am sorry ! The Door from the bedroom to the pool is closed for the security of the kids because there is no "child safe fence" at the pool. The door in the living room is open and has a "child safe sensor". The sreen doors are closed because there are a lot of Snakes and other animals around the garden. We want to safe our Guests (especially the European) But if you want you can go around the house in the garden... I dont know if one Star is justified for that small discomfort which we only done to safe our guests and theyr children, but i see you where 5 Adults... Thanks to all other guests for all the good response we got !!!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Moss, it looks exactly like the pictures here on the website. The Owner and the Property Manager were very helpful and accommodating. Lots of room and a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths, it was very clean and looked like no one had ever stayed there before. I only wish we didn't have to cut our vacation short, I wasn't ready to leave. I hope to visit again one day!

  after weeks and weeks of searching we found this wonderful villa,it was very clean and renovated to a high standard.we found the neighbourhood to be quiet and safe and the people friendly,the pool was very warm and we had many a happy day just relaxing by the pool.its 20 mins drive to universal and close to local shops and pharmacies,you will need a car as its a little way out but the tranquility is well worth the drive.we found philipp to be most helpful on the occaisions when we needed to contact him and he couldnt do enough for us,we look forward to staying with you again............already looking for flights!!!xx

  We rented the right house ! It was so modern. There is a lot of space in every room. We felt like beeing in a five star hotel. The management company is next door and was always ready when had a problem. It is a very quiet a privat neigbourhood. All the people were so friendly :-) Thanks for that nice days. Patrick

  We had high hopes for this villa but was let down. The pool was dirty and cold. The TV in the main room did not work. I complained a number of times to the management company across the road (who is also a pool cleaner) but nothing was done to rectify the problems. The kitchen had little by way of utensils (not even a corkscrew) and the house was dusty (under the bed in the main bedroom was filthy). If you are just going to sleep there, it's fine but if you have to spend any time at the villa or just cook a meal, then it's not up to scratch. I pointed out the above points to the owner who didn't even apologize and just made excuses! Would not return!!!

  Owner response: We dont ignored the problems and have changed the cleaning company, but there were a lot of guests before and they didnt had this Problems. The TV in the living room is brand new and works blameless - you only have to control the Bright house box correct. Yes, the pool wasunfortunateley cold (79 degree) because there is a solar heating and at this time it was always rainy. Our Poolboy cleaned the pool every day for the guests but it was apparent not enough. We also bought new kitchen equipment. We are a little bit sad about the review because every guest bevore was satisfied with all thinks but the happy guest mostly dont write a review...

  After a long online search, we found Philipps property. He was very helpful + friendly in all issues we had and quick in responding our mails and phone calls! The house was perfect for our group, lots of space, everything a person needed for comfort. The pool with the solar heating was all the time warm, comfortable and had enough space for all of us! The furniture and equipment is timeless, modern and beautiful. It is hard to find such a gem in the Orlando area (We spent our vacations a couple of times there) The house is located in a friendly neighborhood with a lake in the back just a few minutes from all the attractions like disney, universal, seaworld and so on. Grocerys, drugstores and restaraunts are nearby the house and are reachable in less than 5 minutes. We had such a wonderful experience staying here and can it recommend to all!   Everything was Great ! The House is so modern and the Style is very German. I have never rented a house in Florida before which was so modern. I feel like i was in a 5 Star hotel. It is a quiet and very friendly neigbourhood. The view over the lake is fantastic. The management Company is at the next house and was directly here whenw e need something. We arrived at the Universal Studios with the car in 15 Minutes also to Disney World. Thank you for that awesome days ! Regards from germany
