When we saw the photos and listing description of this home, I thought this is where we want to spend our vacation. This beautiful, comfortable home met all our expectations. The lanai is a place where you never want to leave. Floating in the heated pool, while looking out at the beautiful landscaping surrounding this home, was so fun and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch that overlooks the canal watching boats go by and even tried some fishing. We also had a turkey duck and her six baby ducklings come by for a visit. Our time went by too quickly but we left with many happy memories and highly recommend this property to all.

will preface this with; I have been renting for the last eleven years through out the U.S., so I have lived in a lot of properties. This property is "THE BEST" I have ever rented! This is our second year in a row here. Everything is first class, from the house, to the owner and his manager. The house is set up perfectly for three couples or a family. Every bedroom has it's own private bath and the bedrooms are well separated from each other, with the living area in the middle. We love the location, looking over the canal from the pool area, and very quiet. This home will not disappoint.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cape Casa! The home is very lovely and clean. It is nice to have a pool and also be on the canal. We spent many hours sitting on the dock by the water. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is great, and we really enjoyed opening the sliding doors from the living room to the screened in pool area. We will be back again next year!

GREAT Rental!!

We rented this property for the month of February, 2012. What a great place. The pictures don't do it justice. The house is large, super clean and modern! The owner (Kevin) takes very good care of this place, inside and out. Kitchen was great and when you open all the sliding doors to the patio, the place becomes HUGE and great for entertainment. Kevin and Pal (property manager) were always available when needed (but we did not need much because the place has everything). We were fortunate enough to have wonderful weather which just enhance the experience.

Lovely place with great rear garden and dock for fishing from.bikes well used in the morning for popping up to Dunkin Donuts for breakfast!BBQ well used when to tired to go out to one of the many restaurants around.Recommend Rib City (if you like ribs) and Annie's for breakfast.All very good and would love to return in the not too distant future.

We had a great trip. House just exactly as in the photos. 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms perfect for 3 couples. Owner and Pal responsive to requests. Only feedback would be a review of kitchenware and utensils - would benefit from a few chopping boards, extra dishes, utensils etc. However did not detract from what was an excellent vacation.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.

This is the 3rd year my sister and I have rented this house and every year it gets better. The lawn is absolutely gorgeous - like walking on velvet. We always go in the offseason and love the quiet. One day I was floating in the pool and all you could hear was the wind in the trees and the birds singing - it was glorious. I could just feel the stress falling away! We definitely plan to go back next year and for many years to come!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to anyone. The location is excellent, it is a short drive to shopping, restaurants and great beaches yet while you are there it is very relaxing and peaceful. The home is very well maintained with many modern upgrades and everything you need for day to day living is supplied. We spent many hours on the lanai and dock area, it is nicely set up. The property manager Pal is very nice and quickly takes care of any minor problems. If our vacation plans ever have us returning to the Cape Coral area, we would love to stay at this home again.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

What a beautiful house! This house was everything you see in the pictures & video and more. We enjoyed our stay we wish it could have been longer. It was so quite sitting out on the Lani and down by the canal (my two favorite places to sit and enjoy it all). Kevin and Pal are so nice to work with, they do go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. We highly recommend this property, it is very well maintained and clean. This house is very well situated if you are boating, open water less than 10mins away. We enjoyed our stay here, especially the pool and barbecue area. The kids enjoyed fishing off the deck and catching lizards. Having the boat allows you to explore the beaches and "picnic island" only accessible by boat. The house has every amenity you could need from coolers to beach chairs and great air-conditioning. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The neighborhood is very friendly. If you have kids this is the way to go, say goodbye to hotel rooms! Kevin is very pleasant and accommodating, very easy to deal with. My only negative would be the mango tree outside was in season and so many strangers parked in the driveway to pick the fruit, I didn't care that they took the mangoes, I was more concerned about my kids out on the bikes and the cars. Overall, a nice house and a relaxing vacation!

What a great place to spend our vacation. Kevin and Pal go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. This home is very well maintained and clean all you need to bring is you. The neighborhood is friendly and ther are special walking paths in the roadways. We can't say enough about our stay here. We have already booked the last two weeks of March 2013. Great location, close to good restaurants,golf, and shopping

We stayed at this lovely home in January 2012 and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The weather was in the perfect mid 70's. Enjoyed lots of terrific local restaurants but because the BBQ and deck were so comfortable, we ended eating in most nights. We also enjoyed the use of the bicycles, ice chest, Wifi, and maps and local brochures of things to see. Great friendly area to vacation in.

Comfortable and Quiet

After vacationing in this home for a week I doubt if I'll ever be vacationing in a hotel again. You get soooo much more in this home in particular. Every bedroom has its own bath and TV, the kitchen has everything you need just like your home, and you can park your car in the garage and use everything in the garage such as the bikes and coolers and fishing polls!!! Perfect if you are flying in and renting a car because you can't bring all the stuff you want to bring on the plane. The large family room opens up to the screened in lanai with grill and heated pool. If you have children you won't even have to leave the house to keep them busy. The landscaping is absolutely stunning. You can shake the orange tree, gather up the oranges and have fresh orange juice (juicer provided) every morning. On a scale of 1-10, this is a 10.

The pictures were very nice and that is what sold us ,but what we found when we walked thru the front door was WAY more then we ever thought we would find in a rental house !!!! This place looks and feels like a 5 *****resort. Obviously Kevin the owner, and Pal the property manager know what it takes to give you a very upscale place to stay. Will we be back ? Yes !!!!! We already have our months on the calendar.Take advantage of the boat rental ... what a great time that was seeing manatees and dolphins in the wild.

Wonderful Outdoor Room and Pool

My sister and I have rented this property for the last two years and have already reserved it for our 2012 vacation. The house is lovely with all of the amenities that you need. To be perfectly honest, however, we spend most of our time outside. We grew up in Alabama in a home with a screened in porch and now neither of has a good outdoor living area. Therefore, we love the wonderful outdoor room in this house. It has a very comfortable sitting area along with a TV. There are lovely lights surrounding the pool at night and it is so relaxing to just read and listen to the wonderful night sounds or take a quick midnight swim! We highly recommend this property for single people or a family. I am looking forward to bringing my grandchildren sometime. They will love it as much as we do!

Absolutely wonderful! My husband and I stayed at this home September 2011. We've stayed in many properties throughout the U.S. and this home ranks at the top. Everything about this home is spectacular; the view, the decor, the lanai (love the tv on the lanai), the pool, the walk-in shower and best of all very comfortable beds. Its also close to everything. We will definitely be back. Thanks for making our vacation one of the best ever!

This home has everything you want on vacation: comfortable accommodations, fully stocked kitchen, on the canal, with a pool and lanai, in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood, close to every point of interest you may want to get to in the area. We went to Sanibel Island, Naples, Port Charlotte, Fort Myers, Pine Island and all over the greater Cape Coral area. There is so much to see and do, it is difficult to get it all done in a week. We will be back! It was a great value for the money.

Jeff, We had such a great time in your beautiful home. There were four adults cooking in the kitchen at the same time, without bumping into each other. This house has everything you need. We enjoyed the fresh grapefruit we had for breakfast each morning. Pal Turner was very helpful and took good care of us. We hope to be back again next year.

Location is everything,and this place has it. Our family enjoyed the house and the yard. Tried our first mango from one of the many fruit trees. Best sound system of any rental we have stayed in. Pal was very helpful with area information. We never stay at the same place twice, but this place will be a exception.

We had an opportunity to enjoy this lovely Home December 2008.. It's everything they said it would BE we fell in love with Cape Coral we're now planning a visit to the Cape Coral area for two weeks. Jeff and Pal took care of all our concerns and needs.My Husband made the comment if he had the money he would buy the house.. Since that not happening anytime soon I'll just happy we chose this house for our vacation. It's in a good location ..We truly enjoyed our visit.

We stayed at this house august 2008. The house has everything you need and more. We have stayed at many villas in the past that we thought were great, but this is more of a home than a rental. Do not hesitate to book you will love it. Sitting outside in an evening in a comfortable chair, a gin & tonic and the television on (if you want)fantastic!

Jeff, the place was better than what we expected! I couldn't believe how quiet it was in the neighborhood.We shared the house with two couples and the bedrooms are spaced apart for plenty of privacy. We have stayed at 5 home rentals across the country and this one we give a 4 3/4 stars out of 5. The one thing that I would suggest is a hair dryer in the bathrooms. They're hard to pack and keep from getting broke when you fly. Pal took good care of us and answered all our questions and request. We stayed at this home January and February of 2008. It is a very nice home in a wonderful location. SE Cape Coral has many advantages - close to lots of good eating places and near the bridges to Ft. Myers. I would highly recommend renting this property. The local property manager is very attentive and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and well taken care of. Walking lanes abound on the streets near the home. This house is a very good value for the price. You will love the lanai and the fresh grapefruit you can pick for breakfast.

What a great house for a holiday. Perfect location, near enough to everything, but tucked away in a nice safe spot. Must have car. The house is very well equiped and nicely furniished. The pool is just the right size for a quick dip. Pal, the guy who looks after you, could not be more helpfull and pleasant. No downsides. 5 starr

What a wonderful week we had in your Cape Coral home with our teenage children and their friends. The way the bedrooms are set up with TV's and bathrooms in each, everyone seemed to have their own little apartment and privacy. We spent many days on the beach in Fort Myers, Naples, Sanibel, Captiva along with a day at Busch Gardens. The dolphins swimming next to the boat made our trip complete. The house is gorgeous and the area has so much to do that we were scrambling the last two days to get everything in. Your manager, Pal, was wonderful as well. Thanks Jeff for the great vacation!

Wow, what an awesome house! My family and I vacationed here in July. Everything was just perfect. The house was huge, the beds were so comfortable, and EVERYTHING was provided. We rented the boat and toured the canal area and several of the local islands and beaches. Thanks for a wonderful week.

This is a wonderful vacation home. We were blown away at how beautiful it was inside and out. It sits on a great canal just about 10 minutes from the river and 30 minutes to the islands. The lot also has lots of privacy. The area is great and close to everything you will need. The rental manager was also very helpful and nice. It was just a great experience all around. Thanks so much!!!

We just got back from our springbreak - staying in Cape Coral at the 97714 house listing. It was AWESOME! We have a family of four and it was a great house to spend time at as well as being convenient to various attractions in Florida. Jeff is great to work with and Pal, the local contact was very helpful too. We will be back!
