Our backyard is the Gulf of Mexico. Relax and enjoy the turquoise waters and white sands on a quiet and uncrowded section of Santa Rosa Beach, just outside your door. A small home with big views, you can see 180 degrees from horizon to horizon from the beachside balcony or lower sun porch that span the length of the house. This newly remodeled private home, "Antigua", has Old World charm and West Indies style. The master suite has a king bed and full sized futon, the guest suite has two twin beds and private bath, the third bedroom has a daybed and trundle bed and is next to the master bath.

Near enough to Destin and Panama City for excitement and nightlife, far enough from everything to set your own pace. The Santa Rosa Beach and Golf Club is nearby, and many venues for world class golf, dining and shopping are all within easy reach. Try our Concierge service and golf discounts! High speed wireless internet so you can get your work done (or not!)

Bring your bikes, or rent them at several locations nearby, and explore the miles of bike trails that extend the length of Scenic Walton County Road 30-A. Canoe and kayak incredible dune lakes, surf cast for pompano from your beach, charter your own deep sea adventure out of Destin, or just catch the breeze and read a book in the gazebo. We're away from the glare of the condos, so bring your telescope for fantastic views of the stars and planets above the gulf.

  • This is the best beach house in Santa Rosa Beach! Great secluded area yet still close to everything. Kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook a great meal. House is very well decorated and offers a comfortable stay. We hope to visit again and would recommend Antigua for a memorable beach vacation.

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Antiqua. It was magical having the sound of the waves as a constant backdrop. The upstairs and downstairs decks are amazing and give you the best beach view in the world ... both sunrise and sunset! The cottage is clean, comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again. Even tho it's right on 30A the feeling of privacy is incredible, as it's set way back from the road with much vegetation inbetween. The Gulf of Mexico is literally your backyard and the stars at night are phenomenal. Loved it!
