Our penthouse condominium brand new in March 2006, is 1580 square feet, with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Both bedrooms have enclosed ensuite bathrooms finished in marble. Master bed has one king, and second bedroom has two queen-size beds.
Villa del Mar II has only three buildings with 32 condominiums so it offers an intimate setting. View from the terrace is stunning - you look out over the pool and garden area to a beautiful white sand beach and the sparkling turquoise waters of the Caribbean.
Floors are marble and fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops. Living room is luxuriously furnished with an overstuffed L-shaped sofa and matching chaise lounge. Dining room has a unique Mexican hand-crafted dining room set that comfortably seats six. Half bath is a combination powder/laundry room with Bosch washer and dryer.
Elevator is in close proximity to the condo and free parking is available within the safe confines of the complex.Air conditioned.
