Welcome to a beautiful, air-conditioned vacation home located in Venice, Florida. This home is south of Sarasota, Florida, and north of Fort Meyers/ Naples, Florida on the Gulf side.

This area is known for its beautiful beaches. Manasota Beach which is known for shark tooth hunting is only minutes away. Venice Beach which is great for sea shell hunting is also only minutes away. Many other gulf beaches are nearby this vacation home for viewing sunsets, swimming or whatever your heart desires. Great restaurants, 15 golf courses, fishing, boating, tennis, walking paths, and other interests are nearby this very comfortable home setting from which to enjoy them.

Walking into this vacation property you are welcomed with a parrot themed living room complete with large, white floor tiles that extend throughout and transition into carpeted bedrooms. This vacation property is complete with a screened-in, solar-heated pool with a calming waterfall option, complemented by a lanai area making a comfortable retreat for relaxing. Large, sliding patio doors extend from the living area, dining area, as well as off the master bedroom for access to the pool from all living spaces. The landscaping and pool are maintained weekly.

Living room: Features a large three-piece leather sectional and chair for entertaining. This room adjoins to the dining room with sliding glass patio door access to the pool and lanai. It is a bright, warm, large living area to enjoy for reading, relaxing, dining and playing games.

Kitchen: The bright skylight, breakfast-island and all new appliances make it an entertaining delight. Available amenities include an electric stove with a built-in microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with icemaker, garbage disposal, coffee pot, toaster, blender, all utensils and cookware.

Laundry Room: Equipped with new energy-efficient washer, dryer and laundry sink.

Family Room: Furnished with new leather furniture, 30-inch TV, cable, DVD player, portable CD player, wireless internet connection. Sliding glass patio doors lead to the pool/lanai.

Master Suite: Private suite with its own access to pool features a queen-sized bed, chaise lounge seating, walk-in-closet, master bath with walk-in shower, and his and her sinks.

Guest bedrooms: Two guest bedrooms are located off the family room. Bedroom two has a queen-sized bed. Bedroom three has a queen-sized bed and a walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have access to a full-sized bathroom.

Pool area: Solar heated pool and lanai are completely screened-in. An outside patio table and wicker seating area are covered by the lanai roof. It is open, private and wonderful.

Amenities: Air conditioning, cable TV, stereo/CD player, wireless internet connection, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils provided, linens provided, washer/dryer, garage and pool and laundry/pool services.

Please no smoking. Pets: one small dog, 15 pounds or less. No cats allowed.
