Three(plus)bedroom, two bathroom exquisitely furnished home right on the bay. Study/Office doubles as a fourth bedroom enclosed by French Doors with available AeroBeds.
Master Bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, TV, Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, double vanity, and balcony with panoramic view of the Bay! Second bedroom has full-size bed with balcony access to same view. Third room has full-size bed. Study/Office includes armoire desk with wireless internet, printer/copier, TV, video games... Great extra room for kids to play.
Fabulous entertaining den includes full wet bar, Big Screen TV, vaulted ceilings, leather recliner, and more. Kitchen has bar that seats three, a round table at bay window for four, and a separate dining table for fine dining. The house has a fully screened furnished back balcony, as well as a front furnished balcony.
Adorning the house are beautiful Palm Trees as you walk down the pier to the dock. Kids can fish, crab with traps, swim (ladder on pier) and even view seasonal fireworks at Baytowne Wharf. Arrangements to have boats, wave runners and other water sports equipment can be provided. Also, there are nearby boat and jetski rentals... BOOGIES 850-654-4497. Drive watercraft to famous "Crab Island" & "Dolphin Point" at Holiday Isle... Tie-up boat back at home! Fry or boil up catch of the day on back porch with provided gas fryers, boilers, and a cleaning table! The house is walking distance to the famous upscale Silver Sands Outlet Mall and a UPS Store (if you must handle some business while on vacation!) and just minutes from the beach and the multi-activity Baytowne Wharf.
