We have a 2000-square-foot condominium with three HUGE bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Full kitchen with every appliance ever needed, beautiful new ceramic tile, eat-in kitchen for eight (all brand-new appliances), full-size washer and dryer, family room is a large 20 feet by 30 feet with three full-size futons that will sleep six and big screen TV with cable VCR, DVD with wood-burning fireplace, 15-foot by 20-foot deck off family room overlooking a very large quiet cove, master bedroom is 30 foot by 20 foot with king-size bed, 36-inch TV, sleeper sofa and master bath and deck. Second bedroom has three sets of bunk beds (sleeps six). Third bed has two twin beds. Bring your laptop. High-speed wireless internet connection. This townhome will very comfortably sleep 20 adults. Off the main deck you can feed the fish and enjoy the wildlife right below your feet. When I tell you that you are on the water, I am not kidding. Very few steps to the docks. Boat and wave runner slips available for extra charge (call ahead for availability). There is a boat ramp and trailer storage for your convenience as well.

Deposit must be received within five days of making the reservation.
Full Balance must be received within 14 days of stay for release of keys.
Cleaning $125 + # beds used? Liability for Damage can/will exceed your deposit.
Damage Deposit will be refunded within 14 days of vacating less damages.
