757 Spinnaker is a professionally decorated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, bright and cheerful villa on Seabrook Island! It is a winderful beach escape for a couple or family. Walk across quiet Seabrook Island Road to the beach & enjoy the white sand beach, water, dolphins frolicking so close you won't believe it, & spectacular sunsets! The Seabrook Island Club's facilities: swimming pools, golf courses, Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar, and Island House restaurants/bar are all within walking distance. Amenity cards giving you access to these facilities are included in the rent. These cards would cost $150/wk if not included in the rent!

On the first floor of 757 Spinnaker you will find a large living room and dining area with cathedral ceilings, and huge windows to enjoy the old oak trees! A guest room with twin beds, a full bathroom and sliding glass doors to the screened in porch is next to the family room. The eat-in kitchen is completely equipped to make you feel at home with sliding glass doors leading to the screened in porch. The living room has a sleep sofa. A twin rollaway bed is also stored in the villa to provide additional sleeping accommodations.

Located off the kitchen is a screen porch. The perfect spot for a relaxing candlelight dinner or a morning cup of coffee. A large oak tree provides additional shade and privacy for the deck located off the dining room.

Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom (king-size bed), full bath, and two decks.

Seabrook is a beautiful barrier island located 25 miles from historic Charleston. The beaches are unspoiled and never crowded. The island is gated and secure, the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. There are two championship golf courses, a tennis center, an equestrian facility, oceanfront pools. Enjoy Poolside Pandemonium activities during the summer for children ages 4 - 12 that are very popular! Bikes are available to rent.
