Our professionally decorated, beach house is bright and cheerful, the perfect beach escape for a couple or a family. The beach is just steps away, across the quiet Seabrook Island road. A very quick and easy walk (less than 200 yards). The club facilities which are available to our guests are all within walking distance. There is no need to hop in the car to reach the pool, golf, dining, or recreation center. Wireless internet is provided in our villa.
On the first floor of our beach house you will find a living room and formal dining area, a guest room with twin beds, a full bathroom, an eat-in kitchen, and a screened porch. The living room has a sleep sofa. A twin rollaway bed is also stored in the villa. Located off the kitchen is a screen porch. The perfect spot for a relaxing candlelight dinner or a morning cup of coffee. A large oak tree provides additional shade and privacy for the deck located off the dining room.
Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom (king-size bed), full bath, and two decks.
Seabrook is a beautiful barrier island located 25 miles from historic Charleston. The beaches are unspoiled and never crowded. The island is gated and secure, the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. There are two championship golf courses, a tennis center, an equestrian facility, an oceanfront gym and pools (one is heated). Planned activities are available in season for children. Bikes are available to rent.
Our villa has a four star rating and is managed by a local real estate company who are available 24/7.
