- Air Conditioning: 2 individual compressors, one to serve the master bedroom and adjoining bath and the other the serve the remainder of the house. Keep the master bedroom cool in the evening while the remainder of the house can be set accordingly.

- Linens Provided: All amenities are provided for each bedroom. Kitchen is fully stocked with towels and cooking utensils.
- Garage: 2 car garage, but only one side is available for use as we keep our 2nd vehicle at the property. It is a small convertible and takes up little room in the garage, for our personal use only.
- Gas Fireplace: Electric igniter makes this feature a snap to turn on and off. using a wall switch does the trick. Very efficient in warming the spacious family room area.
