This unbelievable gem is located just steps to the water at the south end of the old-time beach community of Imperial Beach.
Our living room patio offers spectacular views of the Imperial Beach pier and the downtown San Diego skyline as well as the Coronado Islands of Mexico to the south! You can watch surfers, dolphins, pelicans, and seals frolic in the waves and listen to the sounds of the crashing surf.
Bird lovers can watch the fall migration of birds who stop in the Tijuana Estuary Wildlife Preserve during their flight from Alaska to Tierra del Fuego. We provide binoculars for those novice birders who don't bring their own.
Dogs are welcome in Imperial Beach. Your dog will enjoy his vacation just as much as you do!

You are beach front, just as the pictures show. I.B. is a nice, quiet area. The owner of this property is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. This was our third summer vacation at this condo and hope to have many more.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, pet owners, sightseeing, families with young children.
