Located on the fifth floor, this two bedroom, two bathroom condominium features a spectacular seascape view of the Gulf of Mexico. Furnished with a king-size bed in the master suite, and two double beds in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, our condominium accommodates up to eight guests. A fully-equipped kitchen provides everything necessary to prepare home-cooked meals when you are not out dining on the world-famous cuisine of local restaurants. For your entertainment, our home comes provided with a TV/DVD/VCR and stereo.
You can relax and cool off after a day on the beach in one of Majestic Sun's swimming pools. Situated on the Gulf side of the complex, the outdoor pool provides a cool respite from the heat, but still offers beautiful sun and scenery. A favorite with children and adults alike, the indoor pool is heated for year-round enjoyment.
Of the endless amenities available throughout the complex, you will enjoy the large multi-level indoor/outdoor swimming pool with waterfall, hot tub, fitness center, eight tennis courts, basketball courts, Barbecue grills, covered parking, conference center, and the fabulous Gulf beaches across the street.

My family and I are currently staying at the Majestic Sun and the condo is perfect! I am a clean freak and it passes with flying colors. The beds are comfortable and the condo is well maintained. The view is AMAZING!! The beach is fantastic!! Great for my teenagers (walking distance to food and fun) and great for my toddler (slides, bannana boats, and trampolines in the water just feet away). My family and I will be back next year!! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

When we arrived to the condo, we were tired and frustrated from the drive. We didn't know what to expect and we overwhelmed with the condition of the condo. Everything was clean and as advertised. There was plenty of room for me, my wife, and our two kids. We had a great view of the ocean and easy access to the pool. I recommend this condo to any persons with or without kids to come and relax and enjoy the wonders that ocean life has to offer. I hope everyone that stays here enjoys it as much as we did. This 5th floor property was right across the street from the beach. High enough to have an excellent view, but not so high up that we felt intimidated on the balcony. There was plenty of parking and the elevators were very quick. The living room pictures don't do the condo justice. There are newer chocolate brown couches, which are very nice and comfortable. We used the CD player/changer and were amazed at the quality of the sound. The owners/rental agents were very easy to work with and the property was clean and ready to go as promised. There are several places to eat nearby that are really good and not too expensive. Busters, The Whale’s Tail, and the Back Porch were some of our favorites. This is a great place to stay if you are considering a vacation in Destin/Miramar Beach area.
