This villa was just redone inside and out in 2006. The beach is within 200 yards. The brand new Golf and Beach Clubs are a few hundred yards away, all within an easy quick walk. Relax on one of two decks with an ocean view. See shrimp boats or sailboats pass by as you sit under a shade tree on the first-floor deck cooled by the ocean breeze. Watch wildlife like deer grazing in front of the unit or see fox, pelicans, bobcats and other wildlife. At the beach see dolphins feeding a few feet off shore and, if lucky, see a giant sea turtle come up from the surf to lay its eggs.
Do not forget there are two premier golf courses and a top 25 tennis club. Historic Charleston is only 26 miles away with its museums, shopping, festivals and fantastic dining.

Extremely Clean Rental in an Ideal Location

The villa was extremely clean when we arrived. I believe the owner cleans and does a better job than any rental company would. The only downside is that we weren't able to check in until after 4pm. If you rent the villa, you want to see if the pool comes with the initial rental fee. We had family on the island and used their amenity card. I think it may be an additional fee to use the pool (buy an amenity card) otherwise. I believe the rental company told me it would cost $150. We had 6 adults and 2 children in this villa and all fit comfortably. Exceptionally equipped kitchen. Easy walk to the beach. Loved it!

This is a great place to stay! The house is clean and decorated very nice. Everything is always in working order. We have stayed at the same place the past 3 summers and keep going back because we enjoy it so much! This is an A++ vacation destination!

This was the 32nd beach trip for our group of 5 women! We had a wonderful 4-night trip to 724 Spinnaker in late September. We were a quick walk to the pools and beach. The screened in porch in back and two front decks were grand for outdoor talk, bridge, and reading! Decorating is brand new and just super. Kitchen is extremely well equipped. A fine rental--and we know something after 32 of these! Generous owners and rental agents answered every question and need.
