Oceanfront villa on wide, family-friendly beach. Unit occupies second and third floors of a three-story building and is approximately 1350 square feet. Lower floor has living room, dining room, galley kitchen (with nearly new appliances), laundry room with full washer/dryer, one-half bath and patio door out to deck overlooking ocean. Upper floor has two bedrooms and two full baths. Master bedroom overlooking ocean has very comfortable King Sized bed and cable TV. Guest bedroom has two twin beds. Unit is fully carpeted.
A major remodel of the kitchen and both upstairs bathrooms was completed in January 2009, including granite countertops and all new cabinets.
Living room has full entertainment center with cable TV, DVD/VCR/CD player, and AM/FM radio. Villa is equipped with free DSL wireless access to Internet.
Villa is ideally located in center of island across from Tennis Center and Beach Club with swimming pools and restaurant. Separate private pool available to residents of CJF villas. Fripp Island has two 18-hole championship golf courses. Golf carts, bikes, kayaks, and paddle boats are also available for rent.
