We are extremely proud of our three bedroom/two bath condominium in Windsor Palms. An end unit located on the ground floor and overlooking a large courtyard, it is very private and convenient, especially for families with children or guests who would prefer not to climb stairs.
We have furnished our condominium with the comfort of ourselves and our guests in mind. (We use the condominium often for our own family vacations...it is not just a "rental unit" to us!) The living area features new leather sofa and love seat as well as a 47-inch, wide screen cable TV with a DVD player and VCR. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bath with the third bedroom, which has two twin beds. All the bedrooms have cable TV, DVD players and VCRs.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a full sized washer and dryer in the condominium for your use. We also have a crib and high chair available for our guests to use free of charge.
The Windsor Palms resort itself is one of the most popular and most sought-after resorts in the Disney area. On-site amenities include an Olympic-sized heated pool and spa, children's pool and playground, a clubhouse with a fitness center, game room, convenience store, internet access, and a free 58-seat movie theater. There are also tennis courts, basketball courts, and a sand volleyball court--all available for guests to enjoy free of charge!

Why the Owner Chose Windsor Palms (formerly Wyndham Palms)
We stayed in Windsor Palms during our first family vacation to Orlando. We enjoyed the resort so much we knew we would want to return again and again. Our kids love the pool and game room in the clubhouse, and the free movie theater in the clubhouse is a great place to spend a rainy afternoon. The best feature of our condo is the ground floor location. It's really convenient to not have to climb any stairs to get into our home, especially for families with small children, and especially after a long day at the theme parks! Also, it's great being less than 10 minutes from Disney.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The proximity to Disney World is a big plus for us. When our children were younger, it was great to be able to leave the parks and be home in under 10 minutes for naps, meals, etc. We also enjoy having lots of room in the condo. Our unit is the largest in the resort, at over 1,400 sq. feet. So we don't feel like we're tripping over each other...everyone has their own space. We visit the condo several times a year to make sure that it is comfortable and updated for our guests.

We just stayed at this condo for 8 days. It was very clean, and well appointed. The leather couches were great. I loved that it had a split bedroom plan with the master near the front door, and the other two bedrooms across the living room. It was spacious and had everything we needed. It was nice knowing that we were in a gated community too. Checking in was a breeze. the location was great for us because we also went to Busch Gardens Tampa and had very easy access to the highway. The owner, Karyn, was very easy to work with and was very prompt in returning phone calls and answered all of our questions. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Thank you for a great week and a great vacation!!! I have traveled all over the world and have stayed in some really great places. The condo we stayed in was like a home away from home and made our vacation even better. It actually was a little strange for me just pulling into the neighborhood. I was expecting the normal check in at a counter, the BLAH, BLAH BLAH, then go to the room and it would be nothing like what we've seen on the website. So on our arrival we pull up to the security booth, the gate guard writes our vehicle information down and gives us a map to our condo. And BOOM WERE DONE!! Amazing!!! We then arrive at our building, go to the front door use the code you gave us to get in and bingo were in!!!! I was amazed at how great this place looked!!! My wife and all three kids were completely excited. We had everything we needed for the week of amusement park hopping! Couldn't really ask for anything more... Except maybe a refrigerator full of food.. hahahaha Again I want to thank you for a great vacation and will return and also recommend to everyone THANKS Marty Tulsa, Ok
