Trilogy a five-Star Golf Resort community, located on a 18-hole, 72 par, championship golf course, designed by Gary Panks. No need to cook the Verde Grill, offers a full menu and a great place to unwind with a drink and take in the views of the golf course, surrounded by the foothills of the Arizona desert. A wonderfull way to meet new friends and take in the great sunsets of Arizona. At Trilogy there is a outstanding Kiva Clubhouse with all the amenities anyone could need; indoor lap pool, locker rooms, fitness center,tennis courts,outdoor pool and spa, pool tables, a wonderful area called the cyber cafe. Need a facial or massage, no problem with the Kiva Spa, located off the Clubhouse, it is easy to book an appointment. New Safeway Supermarket is within 5 minutes. Target and Kohls are located within a new stripmall about 10 minutes away, with many restaurants and banks.

Looking for for rest and relaxing, this is it, yet night life, indoor shopping mall, restaurants are only a short drive to Arrowhead, about 20 minutes. Lake Pleasant is only 20 minutes north, with boating and jet skis available.

  • We had such a wonderful time in the home we rented from Hugh and Karen. It was extremely clean and everything seemed to be new. The patio was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the afternoon sun. They had everything set up so when we arrived we felt we were on vacation!!! It was definitely first class. You always knew they were just a phone call away if you would need anything. It was the nicest place we have rented so far!!!

  • We were delighted with our visit. Owners are wonderful and made us feel very welcome. Enjoyed watching the quail family cavorting next to our patio. Lovely home, great location. Feels like a classy resort. (We just bought a house in same neighborhood...that's how much we liked it.) Will have family and friends rent here until we get furniture!!
