We moved to Arizona over 5 years ago from California. We had been visiting the area for over 12 years. My husband loves to play Golf and I love to cook and entertain, friends and family. We try to keep our Trilogy home in great beautiful and in great condition, not knowing when family will arrive from California. My husband is retired and I work for Prudential Arizona Properties as a Realtor and love my Job!
Why the Owner Chose Peoria
We fell in love with the area of Vistancia, it is located in an area with great Mountain Views, surrounded by the Trilogy Golf Course. This area is in the Northwest of Arizona. It is close to driving to all ammenties, however far enough away from Traffic of the City. The area has natural plants and cactus with alot of bike and walking trails, it is a relaxing place to be and very beautiful.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The Golf in Arizona is great! If you are staying awhile you may want to invest in a Southwest Golf Pass, it will save you money in the long run. Sedona is very close, we have alot to see and do in Arizona, great Restaurants and shopping also.

A great house to stay in. If we needed advice on a place to eat, shopping etc Karen/Hugh where always helpful. The Kiva Club is only min away ,complete with pool & exercise area. Golf? great course & nice place to eat.We will be back

We had such a wonderful time in the home we rented from Hugh and Karen. It was extremely clean and everything seemed to be new. The patio was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the afternoon sun. They had everything set up so when we arrived we felt we were on vacation!!! It was definitely first class. You always knew they were just a phone call away if you would need anything. It was the nicest place we have rented so far!!!

Couldn't have enjoyed a stay more. The greatest hosts. Everything was first class, right down to directions to get to restaurants, shopping, entertainment. Can't wait to visit again

We were delighted with our visit. Owners are wonderful and made us feel very welcome. Enjoyed watching the quail family cavorting next to our patio. Lovely home, great location. Feels like a classy resort. (We just bought a house in same neighborhood...that's how much we liked it.) Will have family and friends rent here until we get furniture!!
