  • Washer: washer and dryer are in their own room. We do not provide clothes washing soap, please bring this item with you or purchase locally.
  • Dryer: washer and dryer are located together in their own room.
  • Linens Provided: We provide clean bath towels and bed linen.
  • Off Street Parking: We have a parking area by the cabin for numerous vehicles
  • Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: Their is room for a R.V, please let us know in advance.
  • Wood Fireplace: We provide firewood included in the rental rate during the cooler months . The Wood stove is for whole cabin heating and their are wall heater's in the bedrooms

  • Queen Bed: Master Bedroom 1 , Their is also a small portable childs bed in the closet for those traveling with a child
  • Double Bed (2) : Bedroom 3 will sleep 2 couples in the loft , very roomy and large private room
  • Twin/Single Bed (2) : Bedroom 2 is the same room size as the master but with twin beds. Their is a closet as well
  • Child Bed: upon request we will provide the child bed
  • Convertible Bed: Living Room has a nice futon type couch with a heavy mattress for good sleeping

  • Full Kitchen: Full size Cooking facility that can accomodate a large family for a weekend or a week. All our rentals have cooking facilities which can save travelers a substantial amount of time and money especially with a large family. The Parks have "NO COOKING" Facilities available

  • Dishwasher: we ask that vacationers wash all their cooking ware and dishes before leaving at check-out, extra charges will apply to your credit card deposit if we wash them

  • Charcoal BBQ Grill: The BBQ is conviently located off the Livingroom 2nd story deck..We do not provide briquettes
  • Balcony: Off the 2nd story living room , perfect for outdoor cooking. or perhaps for reading a favorite magazine.

  • Mountain View: Forest View of numerous Redwood and Pine Trees , Very woodsy area with a natural Spring running through the property that is visited by local Deer and other wildlife.

  • Telephone: All local calls free , Calling card required for long distance. You can hook up your computer for checking e-mail or web service using your internet service provider.
  • Cell Phone: We do not provide cell phones but it should be noted that the verizon network will work from this mountain location in certain area's
  • Computer: Your laptop will work from the provided phone jack if you have dial up service it will most likely work as your ISP will have local free numbers to dial into from the cabin. if you have other questions call us..
  • WiFi (Wireless Internet): Their is current WiFi available in the park at Grant Grove Village only a short distance from the cabin

  • No Pets Allowed: Sorry no pets are allowed at this time.
  • Kid Friendly: All our vacation homes are kid friendly. However we do have ask parents to be aware of the Hot Fireplace.
  • Smoking Not Allowed: We have a no smoking policy for inside the cabin , however for those that do smoke outside their is a butt receptacle. Thankyou for your understanding

  • In April this year we stayed in the cabin during our tour of the Sequoia and Kings Canyon national parks. We booked for two nights but wished it could have been longer. Dennis had waited very patiently for us to arrive as we got lost in Fresno so were rather late. He was more than willing to share his knowledge of the area and answer our numerous questions. The facilities in the cabin were excellent and the log fire made it feel very cosy and warm. Within a couple of hours of arriving we were panning for gold in the stream that runs alongside! We have no hesitation in reccommending it to anybody and would love to make a return visit one day. Thank you Dennis.

  • This is a wonderful cabin. We stayed at this cabin in mid-December 2003. Everything is neat and clean. Dennis and his wife were very welcoming and showed us the whole cabin. Although we were disappointed that there was no snow while we were there, the wonderful and peaceful atmosphere and small town really was a world away from the city life. Dennis and Jackie, thank you so much for making this an unforgettable event and opening your wonderful cabin to the public. We'll be sure to return for more memory-making at this wonderful cabin.   • We stayed in this cabin in Apr 7-10 Apr 2004.Before we arrieved the cabin we e-mail a lot of question to Dennis about the activities info around the cabin. Dennis always reply back to me next day and with a lot of information. This is a very nice cabin, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. This cabin got all the kitchen need, so we don't have to bring too much thing for travel. They also got one very nice firplace to keep us warm.:)Dennis tour us around the cabin and make sure we have no question before he leave. Marcus parents are from Singapore and they were with us in this vacation. They tell us every time they looked the picture took from cabin always remind them they do have good time on the vacation trip in U.S. I will strongly recommend people who want to go to Sequoia national park can stay in this cabin and you would not disappointed.

  • We stayed at the cabin in May 2004. The owners (Dennis and Jackie) picked us up about 20 minutes out and lead us up to the cabin. They showed us the whole cabin and made sure that we all felt at home at this very nice and clean place.
