It features three upstairs bedrooms (king, king, queen); two upstairs full bathrooms and a downstairs half bathroom/utility room inclusive of washer/dryer; a den with a futon couch that converts to a single person bed; a full kitchen complete with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, cooking ware, glassware, silverware, and plate ware; a dining area; a living room; and a private and back patio inclusive of a gas grill. The home comfortably sleeps three couples and a single, but can accommodate groups of up to ten people using existing beds and single person air beds. The property is centrally located at the edge of the Garden District. It a two and a half block walk to the streetcar. It is less than two miles from the central business district, the French Quarter, the Superdome, and Magazine Street. There is a great selection of restaurants (fine dining and casual) and cocktail establishments within a four block radius.

The French Quarter is two miles distant and accessible via the street car that passes several times an hour. The Fair Grounds where the annual Jazz Festival is celebrated is a fifteen minute ride by car or bicycle and additionally accessible by public transport for the more adventurous. The beauty of Audubon and City Parks with access to walking, picknicking, golfing, tennis, and museums is also only a fifteen minute drive by auto. We have owned homes in New Orleans for over twenty years, raised our children here, become grandparents here, and truly love living in this wonderful city.
