This home offers over 1500 square feet of interior living space with ceiling fans throughout and a 700 square feet veranda. The well kept yard offers privacy either when hanging out in the morning before a trip to the beach or in the evening when you can enjoy a glass of wine and the ocean breeze.
The kitchen is user friendly with a gas oven and range, microwave, full-size refrigerator, pots and pans, and silverware for six people.
If you want to catch up on the latest news or watch Saturday morning cartoons, the living room is where you will find our 20-inch flat - panel TV with 120 cable stations. Many stations are in Spanish, but you will find MTV, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, ABC etc. in English.
The air conditioned master bedroom features a queen-size bed with unique headboard and its own private bathroom.

Check in is at 3:00 pm and checkout is at 10:00 am.
To reserve the house a $200 deposit is required, the rental
must be paid in full prior to your check-in date.
In addition, to full payment one month prior to your check-in date,
a $500 fully refundable security deposit is required prior to your check-in date.
The rates include bed linens and towels but there is NOT daily maid service
