This spacious, Beach Style Home features ten foot ceilings, granite and marble counters, solid oak floors, and over 2600 square feet of living space. This 4 bedroom 3 bath is perfect to host a family or even a group of friends. The 1st floor offers an open area living room with plenty of sitting space, and a large dining table to gather for a meal. The kitchen includes top of the line appliances with lots of room to prepare a lunch or dinner on the custom granite and marble counter tops. The 1st floor has a bathroom and a queen size bedroom with private access to the outside deck. The laundry area has direct access to the back porch to allow entrance from a long day at the beach. The 2nd floor offers a twin size bedroom with trundle bed, and a full size bedroom with an outside deck. These two bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom. The master suite offers a queen size bed with private sitting area, and private deck that overlooks the palm tree lined streets of Seacrest Beach. The master's large walk-in bathroom has a shower, garden tub and his/hers vanity sink. The master suite also has a walk-in closet. Take the stairs to the open 3rd floor tower room with a sleeper sofa and television, the outdoor sun deck that is very private to laze around in the Florida Sunshine. You can also relax on one of the other 4 porches to take in the surroundings, or enjoy the sunset. The ground floor porch, just off the walking path, has an outdoor shower to wash off the Gulf salt and sand. Life Is Good sleeps up to Twelve. You and your family or guests can kick back, pull out the shorts and t-shirts and enjoy a cool refreshment on the porch or the sugar white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
Your vacation house comes equipped with Cable TV (five TVs), VCR/DVD, full size washer and dryer, a well equipped kitchen with all the perks of home, iron, ironing board, ceiling fans throughout, charcoal grill to fire up the fresh Gulf shrimp and burgers, so just bring the food.
Take a short walk to the beach on the walking path right outside the back door, or along the palm-lined boulevards of the Seacrest Beach development. If you prefer, you can have the free beach trolley pick you up at your front door and chauffeur you and your gear to the beach.
For those times you might prefer to lounge around the pool, Seacrest Beach provides a 12,000 square foot beautifully landscaped pool including wading pool and baby pool for the little ones. Within minutes of your house, the beaches of "South Walton" provide some of the Nations finest seafood dining, shopping and entertainment. Rosemary Beach shops; café’s and play fountain are just a five minute walk from your back porch.
