I am sure you will enjoy your stay at this wonderful condominium at one of the most popular lodging location in Osage Beach Mo. It is minutes away from the Outlet Mall with 110 stores, many golf courses, Big Surf Water Park, boutiques, Ozarks State park and much more. Tired of cooking; the restaurants at the lake can be casual to fine dining plus night life.
Located just off Highway 54 at Lake RD 54-56.
A sliding glass door leading to the deck from both the living room and master bedroom has patio furniture and a new gas grill and allows for a great place to relax. Or, relax at one of two pools next to the dock. Also available, for you boaters, a 12'x26' boat slip for a small additional fee.
The condo is completely furnished with everything you need for a hassle free vacation. A dishwasher in the kitchen makes clean up a snap and the living room has cable TV with DVD, fireplace and queen size sleeper sofa and chairs.
NO PETS OR SMOKING IS ALLOWED!
Reservation Deposit required within 10 days of reservation. Full balance is due 15 days prior to arrival. Damage deposit is refunded 7 days after departure after cleaning/instpecito of the condominium and return of keys/parking passes.

I chose this location because it is quite and a great place to relax. There is plenty of activity close by if I want yet off the highway enough you miss the congestion.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I enjoy getting away from my busy daily life. My condo alows me to do this as well as a little fishing from the docks and sitting on the patio and reading.

my family and i stayed at this condo 4th of july weekend and it was wonderful. the ledges was in a beautiful country setting with a breath-taking view of the lake. vina was very friendly, helpful, and professional. the condo was very clean and spacious, with plenty of beds for us to sleep. i loved hanging out on the deck playing cards and cooking on the grill. i would definately stay here again!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We stayed at this condo this past weekend, and it was asbolutly wonderful. Vina Murphy was excellent to deal with, and the condo was very nice and clean! I would definitly rent from her again!! Thanks for everything!
