A sliding glass door leading to the deck from both the living room and master bedroom has patio furniture and a new gas grill and allows for a great place to relax. Or, relax at one of two pools next to the dock. Also available, for you boaters, a 12'x26' boat slip for a small additional fee.
The condo is completely furnished with everything you need for a hassle free vacation. A dishwasher in the kitchen makes clean up a snap and the living room has cable TV with DVD, fireplace and NEW queen size sleeper sofa and chairs.

Reservation Deposit required within 10 days of reservation. Full balance is due 15 days prior to arrival. Damage deposit is refunded 7 days after departure after cleaning/instpecito of the condominium and return of keys/parking passes.
