This is a BB Ranch lovely family home,prime location,in a neighborhood of lovely homes.Perfectly situated with amenities just beyond the front door. It's a private neighborhood, Paulina,on Red Clover. Directly beyond the lane from the house, enjoy the lush green lawns, the swimming pool,& tennis courts, with the paved bike/hiking path feet from the door. Just beyond is the headwaters of Paulina Creek,& the boardwalk through aspen groves to the Big Meadow. Close to the house is the Big Meadow Golf Course, and Lodge area. From the house there are cherished views of Black Butte, aspen and fir groves, expansive lawns & the Big Meadow Golf Course fairways. Take lovely evening walks past aspen groves, awesome mountain views, a meadow filled with cows & horses. This neighborhood is a favorite much requested location on the Ranch,and booked far in advance. It is prime for families who want the amenities convenient to the house, or couples who like a quieter location,in a more private vry nice neighborhood.
The house is especially favored by returning families/couples, who appreciate & love the home as we do. Multi level, approximately 1950 square feet of comfy warmth, attractive quality furnishings, family antiques. Three bedrooms, each with nice quality furnishings, fine linens.
The bedrooms are on upper levels, nicely separated from each other. There is a king bedroom,a queen bedroom, and a twin bedroom. Each is as nicely decorated as the other. The living space is all on the main level, off a large spacious deck. Pine antiques that have been in the family for some time, comfy attractive upholstered furniture, new beds, high quality linen. A totally new country kitchen, a joy to be in, top of the line new appliances, attractive antique honed granite counters surround the Jen-Aire gas range, supplied with quality cookware.
Cable TV, DVD, stereo. The deck off the living area is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture, a gas barbecue. The house is bright with wonderful light, open to walls of windows to the outside decks and spectaclar natural surroundings. Amenities, so handy, swimming pool, tennis courts, bike and hiking trails, a year round creek, aspen groves, and the big meadow, all withint feet of the house. The neighborhood is considered prime! Same families return over and over each year.

- There are a number of restaurants on the Ranch and in Sisters, offering varied dining. Just 5 miles from the house is the Metolius River in Camp Sherman, famous for fly fishing, hiking, biking. Also within a convenient drive is the MacKenzie River known for "float fly fishing". Fishing guide information/referrals provided upon request. The hiking/biking trails are plentiful and awesome, variety/levels. The two gorgeous golf courses on the Ranch are a big draw,check with the golf course in advance for tee times. Highly recommended are the Golf Clinics during prime golf season, excellent! For shopping, sewing/quilting resources, Sisters is THE DESTINATION. Its the home of the world renown, Sisters Annual Outdoor Quilt Show, the second Saturday in July. We happily provide advance information on any of these activities. WE have fishing guides to recommend,a map of the quilt shops in the area. We strive to make your stay wonderful.

SUMMER 2010 Rates: $1,875, by the week ONLY, Saturday to
Saturday. Includes cleaning service fee. Security Deposit required.
OFF SEASON: Special rates by request. 2-3 nite minimum only.
Available by the nites, week-end, week, month. During the quiet
off season we offer SPECIAL COUPLES ONLY rates.
PRIME HOLIDAY SEASON: Rates by request.
