Black Butte Ranch charming home, prime location,located in a lovely Ranch neighborhood of very nice homes, wonderfully situated with amenities just beyond the front door. This is very private neighborhood, Paulina, on Red Clover. Directly beyond the lane from the house, enjoy the lush green lawns, the swimming pool, and two tennis courts, with the paved bike/hiking path, 75 feet to the headwaters of Paulina Creek, and the boardwalk through aspen groves to the big meadow. Just beyond is Big Meadow Golf Course, and the Lodge area. From the house,cherished views of Black Butte, aspen and fir groves, expansive lawns.
Big Meadow Golf Course fairways are just beyond the swimming pool area, a few yards away. Lovely pleasant evening walks, past aspen groves, awesome mountain views, lovely homes. This neighborhood is a favorite location on the Ranch, much requested, and booked early. It is prime for families who want the amenities convenient to the house, or couples who like a quieter location, in a more private neighborhood, with access to the Big Meadow.
The house is especially favored by returning families/couples, who appreciate and love the home as we do. Multi level, approximately 1950 square feet of comfy warmth,attractive quality furnishings, family antiques. Three bedrooms, each with nice quality decorator furnishings, fine linens, each with a TV.
The bedrooms are on upper levels, nicely separated from each other. One has a king bed, one has a queen bed, and one has twin beds. Each is as nicely decorated, as the other. The living space is all on the main level, off a large spacious deck. Pine antiques that have been in the family for some time, comfy attractive upholstered furniture, new beds, high quality linen. A totally new country kitchen, a joy to be in/use, top of the line appliances, well supplied with quality cookware.
Cable TV, DVD, stereo. The deck off the living area is furnishewith comfortable outdoor furniture, a gas barbecue. The house is bright, has wonderful light, open to walls of windows, skylights, to the outside decks, and spectaclar natural surroundings. Amenities, so handy, swimming pool, tennis courts, bike and hiking trails, a year round creek, aspen groves, and the big meadow, all withint feet of the house. The neighborhood is considered prime!

- Offers: Several restaurants on the Ranch and in Sisters, offering varied dining. Just 8 miles from Sisters, AND the Metolius River in Camp Sherman, famous for fly fishing, hiking, biking. Also within a convenient drive of the MacKenzie River for "float fly fishing" on MacKenzie River, fishing guide information/referrals provided upon request. The hiking trails in our area are awesome, variety/levels for all. The two gorgeous golf courses on the Ranch are a big draw, advanced tee times available, Check with golf course in advance, for schedules. Highly recommended are the Golf Clinics during prime golf season, excellent! For shopping, sewing/quilting resources, Sisters is THE DESTINATION. Sisters is home of the world respected, Annual Outdoor Quilt Show, always the second Saturday in July. We happily provide advance information on any of these activities.
