We are ten minutes from Powder Mountain, which has 5000 acres of laid-back, powder skiing, and in only twenty minutes, you can be on the slopes at the world-class Snowbasin Ski Resort, which was the home of six Olympic events and offers the most fabulous day ski lodges anywhere. Do not forget to visit Pineview Lake, which offers boating, skiing, swimming, fishing and other summer fun. There are miles of hiking and biking trails in the nearby mountains and canyons. Much of beautiful Utah is only a day-trip away.
Sleeping arrangements include one king size bed in each of the two master suites, 4 bedrooms containing queen beds each, one office containing a pull out queen bed, one bedroom containing bunk beds(2 doubles, a single and two blow up mattresses (can sleep up to 9 kids).
The are also 2 kitchens, a full size up and a wet bar with full size fridge and microwave downstairs. There is a two-car garage, office area, personal built in hot tub in the back patio with outdoor lighting, barbecue and gas fit pit. An absolute retreat. Everyone who goes agrees it is the most peaceful location they have visited. Quaint, no stop lights in town, no noise, no traffic but still a few decent restaurants AND a nice grocery store. Not to mention world class skiing that is NOT CROWDED! An undiscovered jewel.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Unsurpassed skiing and natural beauty. I grew up skiing at Snowbird and now I travel to Eden to get MORE powder and stay away from the crowds.

I am the Owner of the home. I allow Peier and his wife to stay at my home with a small dog. I took an extra deposit in case and had no problems. I would allow them anytime. They were respectful of the home and kept things nice and clean.

I had a family reunion at this great house in January. We had 10 adults and one toddler. The location is fantastic. Great view, easy access to Powder Mountain, nearby shopping and restaurants (try the BBQ place in Huntsville). The number and layout of bedrooms and baths was perfect. And, the upstairs and downstairs family rooms worked out great -- believe it or not, not everyone wants to watch football games (go figure). The house was in great condition and the kitchen was well stocked. We will be back, probably several times!!!

Beautiful home place perfectly in the Euphoric Eden Valley! Quaint and quiet with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the serenity of the mountains. Wether it was boating on the lake, golfing on the 5 star course or soaking in the hot tub while looking a far into the private backyard of nothing but the mountains it was the perfect vacation. This was our 2nd family trip to this property. It will not be our last. We absolutely love this home and the small, quaint town of Eden. The kids talk about it almost daily throughout the year. If you want to golf, ski, hike or just sit around relaxing and do absolutely nothing. THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!!!!!! Thanks again for our stay. Very inexpensive for the quality stay!

This home is absolutely amazing. not even 10 minutes to Powder Mountain Ski Resort, we almost skied from the resort to the house!!!! Perfect place for a great friend family vaca, plenty of room to sleep a lot of adults. Highly recommend, I will be coming back every year. Accomadations in the home are top of the line... Thanks for the great ski vacation, can't beat the Powder in UTAH>.

What a marvelous escape. This home far exceeds expectations! The veiws are gorgeous and the location ideal. Thanks for an amazing trip! The gathering areas are perfect for large groups. We had so much fun playing outside and hot tubbing!

This is a terrific getaway for a large group or family. The house is nicely furnished and equipped with beautiful views of the mountains around Eden Valley. Since we stayed in early June we were able to take walks and nearby hikes. A very comfortable, relaxing place to stay - highly recommended!
