Sandestin is northwest Florida's premier resort. Bring your own boat because a boat slip is included for shallow draft boats. Watch dolphins swim by as you enjoy the beautiful sunsets from your dock. Lounge by your private pool that looks out to bay or sit in the living room and enjoy your beautiful view.
Two master bedrooms with kings in each and huge private baths, make this home ideal for two couples. Third bedroom has two twin beds and bath. Separate den with queen sleeper sofa available. Includes computer with high-speed wireless internet, Screened porch, top of the line kitchen, and furnishings. Bikes, golf cart, beach chairs, linens and beach towels are all included. One well behaved dog is welcome with prior approval and and pet deposit. Master bedrooms have private porches and balconies.
Three month minimum stay with 12 month option. Smoking outside only. Two car garage is also available in this gated community with security. Five minutes from all Destin shopping and restaurants.
Utilities and local phone service included, as well as all resort amenities. We do not rent to students or adults under 30.
