This large, luxurious, privately owned condo, located at Provo's prestigious Royal West Indies Resort, is available directly from the owner at greatly reduced rates. It is centrally located on twelve magnificent miles of world famous Grace Bay Beach, a protected National Marine Park, and was rated the # 1 beach in the world by Conde Nast Traveler Magazine.
The Captain's Suite is considered one of the best in this new and elegant beachfront resort. It is on the top floor of the only beachfront building at Royal West Indies Resort (RWI).
The Suite is a large end unit,with a wrap around balcony, offering spectacular views of the pristine, white beach and turquoise waters beyond.
This luxurious condominium offers over 1000 square feet of elegant living space, featuring a spacious living area with 12 foot sliding glass doors directly overlooking the beach. The oversized wrap around balcony faces west for viewing the ocean, beach, and tropical sunsets.
The master bedroom is bright and airy with it's signature caribbean louvered shutters.
The Captain's Suite also features a fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, breakfast bar, automatic ice maker, and many small appliances. Kitchen supplies, spices and condiments, crystal stemware are all included.
This suite comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home including luxurious linens and towels.
The Suite is a private residence that is rented occasionally, therefore, it is updated, equipped and supplied. It is not an ordinary hotel room.
It has many features not found in other suites, including extra high ceilings.
The Captain's Suite accommodates up to four people in comfort, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a comfortable queen-size sofabed in the living room. This Suite is a full one bedroom suite, double the size of the more common studio or hotel room units at Royal West Indies.
When renting privately, you know exactly which unit you will occupy.

Your place is so nice and comfortable and so wonderful being on the beach. We spent a lot of time on the deck. The Royal West Indies is beautifully landscaped. The soft, sandy beach and turquoise water are perfect. We took long walks on the beach every day. We kayaked and snorkeled. We went game fishing one day. We rode the Gecko Shuttle for 3 days (got lots of local information from the drivers) and then rented a 4-wheel for 3 days. We went everywhere and saw everything. The local people are so nice and the food was good and so was the Rum! It was the most memorable vacation we've ever had and we're already thinking about next year! I had meant to enter this earlier but time got away from me. My husband and I stayed at the Captain's Suite for 2 weeks on April/08, and absolutely loved it. Thanks, Will, for the wine, and all your assistance. We never missed a sunset from the balcony, nor did we miss our morning coffee looking out onto the most beautiful beach we've ever been to. The condo was so tastefully decorated, and so comfortable that it felt like home!
