Edisto Island is a special place and our villa is a great place to enjoy Edisto's charms. Located in the Southpointe area, only 2-1/2 blocks to the beach at the end of the street, this duplex is nestled in the oaks and palms, it is a great place to unwind. We are on the bike path, on a beach access and our deck overlooks the golf course. Comfortable with lots of space in the great room and 3 bedrooms, each with a private bath. Two bedrooms have queen beds, the third is great for kids with sleeping for four. One of the great room sofas makes a queen bed.
The large great room has a breakfast bar for visiting with the cook or feeding the kids with little effort. The dining area can be for adult dining or for those games we all enjoy on vacation. Sliding glass doors go from the master and the great room to the deck, just the place to enjoy drinks while overlooking the golf course ponds and lakes. At night you can listen to the songs of the frogs and other nightlife.
There is plenty of parking underneath, which is also a great place for cookouts or a low country boil. Lots of storage for bicycles or kayaks or use the paved area for skating, roller blading, tricycles, and scooters. We are within walking distance to the pub and restaurant.
Snowbirds - come spend the winter on the South Carolina coast. Monthly rent is $750-950.

The condo was just right, welcoming and well kept. It had everything we needed. It was an easy walk to the beach. We rented bicycles and enjoyed seeing the island and houses at a slower pace. We loved being able to see the sunrise and sunset over the water. Well, I was the only one in the group to make it for the sunrise, but we would bike down every night for the sunset. Coffee on the deck watching the golfers was a treat. Thanks Lynn.

Our visit to the villa was very enjoyable due to the spaciousness and convenience to the beach and local restaurants. It was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The covered parking, large living room and balcony were all pluses. We would defnitely stay there again. Edisto Island is our favorite beach and having a place likes this makes it all the more special.

We really enjoyed the villa. The boys enjoyed watching the golfers tee-off in the backyard. The definitely wished they had taken their clubs. The guys liked the space in the villa, it more than meet our needs and we would love to rent again in the future. You have been wonderful to work with and we look forward to more visits to Edislow.
