This condominium is located on the 11th floor of the exclusive PortoFino condominiums in the beautiful Marina Vallarta area of Puerto Vallarta. From the secured front gate, it is only a short walk to the Marina, leading to fine dining, interesting galleries and shops, and a view of the surrounding area. A short ($6-8 US dollar) cab ride takes you to the night life and other sites of downtown.
The condominium is a three bedroom, three bathroom residence with three private walk-in closets, a full kitchen, dining room and living room, including a 37" LCD flat screen TV. Outside, overlooking the beach and pool, is a 40-feet terrace with a private jacuzzi, and top of the line furnishings (chaise lounges and table/chairs sitting six).
The condominium has two master bedrooms, each with King-size beds and 17-inch LDC flat screens TVs; the third bedroom sleeps two in full-size twin beds.
Once a week maid service and local property manager services are included in the rental.

What a great find!! My family was very pleased with this great condo. You could not ask for a better location. Many great shops and dining options within walking distance.

I stayed in this condo in May 2008. It's great location is walking distance to the marina area which has great restaurants and night life. This gives you the option to go downtown or stay close to home- which is especially nice. The condo set up allows for privacy at both the pool and beach area, which is very relaxing. The decor is luxurious yet very comfortable and livable. I had a great week and definitely recommend this vacation!

I stayed in this well located Condo in January 2008. It is light and beautifully furnished (no clutter) with views of the Ocean from the balcony where we had lunch and watched the sunset. The kitchen is complete for anyone who likes to cook (as I do). The beds were all comfortable. We also loved the pool area and private beach. This building does not have time shares so it is much more comfortable and quiet in the public areas, which we liked. Short walk to Marina and 20 minute bus ride into town. I plan to rent again next year.
